AB  - Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a second commonest neurodegenerative disorder, followed by the presence of motor symptoms that affect the functioning of a person in the community Technology development and implementation of various diagnostic and assessment procedures can improve the rehabilitation process of this population. IMU sensors have the potential to identify and provide valuable information about motor performances and behavior, as well as the quality of movements. The aim of this paper is to present the possibilities of using Inertial Measurement Units sensors in movement analysis in persons with Parkinson’s disease. Analyzed papers were selected by researching electronic databases: PubMed/MEDLINE, Science Direct, Scindeks, and Google Scholar and published between 2014 and 2020. The analyzed researches have shown that the IMU can be used in the evaluation of motion range and amplitude, repetitive finger taping parameters, characteristics of movements and activities important for everyday living, gait characteristics and parameters, as well as PD related symptoms, such as bradykinesia, tremor, festination, freezing of gait. Sensors, consisted in IMU, also can befused together to provide a 3D picture ofhuman motion.

AB  - Matematika u osnovnoj školi smatra se ključnim predmetom i određena
je ciljevima, zadacima i sadržajima koji su dati odgovarajućim nastavnim
programima. Matematička znanja i veštine koje deca usvoje u mlađim razredima
predstavljaju osnovu za učenje matematičkih sadržaja kasnije u toku školovanja.
Kako bi se utvrdio odnos između nivoa usvojenosti znanja iz matematike i uspeha u
školi kod dece sa teškoćama u učenju matematike, sprovedena je studija koja
obuhvata 504 učenika, uzrasta 9–10 godina. Prema neuropsihološkom testu za
obradu brojeva i računanja, formirana je grupa dece koja ispoljava teškoće u učenju
matematike, a nivo usvojenosti znanja iz matematike ustanovljen je primenom pet
testova. Rezultati pokazuju da deca sa teškoćama u učenju matematike postižu
statistički značajno slabije rezultate od dece koja nemaju teškoće u učenju
matematike. Statistički značajna razlika između ovih dveju grupa dobijena je i na
osnovu njihovog opšteg uspeha u školi. Prema tome, u radu sa decom sa teškoćama u
učenju matematike bilo bi poželjno u nastavi matematike primeniti individualizovan
način rada, koji bi odgovorio na specifične potrebe i mogućnosti ove dece.
AB  - Mathematics in the primary school is considered to be the key subject
determined by aims and outcomes, tasks and contents given by certain teaching syllabi.
Mathematical knowledge and skills adopted by children in the lower grades of the primary
school represent the basis for learning mathematical contents later in school. The study
including 504 students age 9-10 years was conducted for the purpose of determining the level
of adoption of the mathematical knowledge. According to neuropsychological test for number
processing and calculating, the group of children, who have difficulties in learning
mathematics, was formed and the level of the adopted Mathematics knowledge was established
by applying five tests. Results show that children with difficulties in learning Mathematics
achieve statistically significantly lower results from the children who do not have difficulties in
learning Mathematics. Statistically significant difference between these two groups was
obtained according to their general achievement at school. According to this, working with
children with difficulties in learning Mathematics would be advisable to apply individualized
way of work, which will suit specific needs and possibilities of these children.

AB  - Sindrom sagorevanja je psihološki fenomen koji karakteriše emotivna,mentalna i
fizička iscrpljenost.Javlja se u okviru humanističkih profesijai definiše ga niz
faktora: interpersonalni odnosi, radno okruženje, uslovi i organizacija rada, 
osobine same ličnosti, kao i socio-demografske karakteristike (bračni status,
starost, godine iskustvo, pol...). 
Cilj rada je da se revijalnim pregledom sistematizuju znanja iz oblasti detekcije i
prevencije sindroma sagorevanja u humanističkim profesijama, kao i znanja o procesu
oporavka i povratka osobe u radno okruženje nakon pojave pomenutog sindroma. 
Sveobuhvatnom pretragom analizirano je približno 40 radova, ali je samo njih 10
ispunjavalo kriterijume za uključivanje u ovaj rad. Pretraga je obuhvatila radove
objavljene u periodu od 1998-2015 godine koji su se bavili problemom
predstavljenim ciljem ovog istraživanja.  
Analizirani radovi ukazuju na to da sindrom sagorevanja predstavlja rastuću pojavu u
humanističkim naukama, a da se, pored rane detekcije i prevencije, poseban akcenat
izučavanja mora staviti na proces oporavka i povratak stručnjaka u radnu sredinu
nakon sindroma sagorevanja.

AB  - Art culture as a subject in educational system is an integral part of compulsory
primary education both in regular schools and special ones. Children with disabilities/
developmental disorders represent a heterogeneous group characterized by a certain
deviation that in greater or lesser extent, affects the process of their upbringing and
education. The question is to what extent certain level of disabilities and disorders acts
on teacher’s ability to realize teaching of Art culture with these students? Therefore, the
aim of our study is to examine effect of different conditions/disorders on effectiveness
of teaching Art culture from the perspective of educators. The research was conducted
on a sample of 28 participants who teach Art culture to children with disabilities. The
research was conducted during the second semester of the school year 2014/2015, in May
and June 2015, in five different primary schools, which are located on the territory of
Belgrade. Collecting of information were carried out through in-depth non-standardized
interview. The interview was carried out on the basis of a questionnaire drawn up for the
purposes of the study. Each interview is in agreement with the participant and filmed
entirely tonal. The results of our study states that there are difficulties in realization of a
class of Art culture, they are unfortunately unavoidable companion of teaching process
which is performed with disabled children. Regardless of the fact that it is known that
the teaching of Art culture is one of those subjects in which disabled children achieve the
best results, research has shown that its realization is imbued with numerous, smaller
and larger difficulties, waiting their turn to be overcome. The biggest problems occur in
education of multiple disabled children, whose condition exceeds limits of adjustments
and requires conditions that participants fail to provide. The variety of conditions and
disorders that can befall a child, requires a high degree of creativity and imagination of
educators, so that they can in a new way overcome bariers in realization of education.
The fact that a great number of disorders are considered as permament conditons,
indicates the difficulties with which educators are faced with during the realization of
education with disabled children.

the teaching of Art culture is one of those subjects in which disabled children achieve the
best results, research has shown that its realization is imbued with numerous, smaller
and larger difficulties, waiting their turn to be overcome. The biggest problems occur in
education of multiple disabled children, whose condition exceeds limits of adjustments
and requires conditions that participants fail to provide. The variety of conditions and
disorders that can befall a child, requires a high degree of creativity and imagination of
educators, so that they can in a new way overcome bariers in realization of education.
The fact that a great number of disorders are considered as permament conditons,
indicates the difficulties with which educators are faced with during the realization of
education with disabled children.",

AB  - Physical activity is considered to be the most important step in improving the health of not only the elderly, but the entire population. Lack of physical activity is a risk factor for chronic diseases (diabetes, depression, cardiovascular disease, and stroke). If we are engaged regularly in physical activity, and even in a minimal amount of, it reduces the risk of many diseases. The main objective of this paper is to examine the opinion of elderly about the impact of physical activity in some segments of the quality of life of people of the third age. The specific objective of this study is to determine whether there were differences in opinion of respondents on the connection between physical exercise and health as an aspect of quality of life among the elderly population in the Republic of Serbia, Switzerland and Greece. The research was conducted on a sample of 410 respondents aged 65 to 70 years. Compared to the half of the respondents were equally represented by men and women. The structure of respondents by country is as follows: Switzerland 134 respondents, 120 respondents Greece and the Republic of Serbia 156 respondents. Data were collected through an anonymous questionnaire consisting of 3 parts. The first part of the questionnaire contained questions on general information of respondents, the second part of the issues are physical exercise and relate to frequency and the type of exercise and the third part of the questionnaire contained statements about the opinion of respondents who are the impacts of physical activity. The third part is divided into four parts. Results of the research suggest that physical activity has a positive influence on a better quality of life of the elderly, that is, it contributes to their better health and functioning in daily life, better mental health and better quality of interpersonal relationships, regardless of whether the respondents are from Switzerland, Serbia or Greece. The inclusion of the elderly in groups of organized exercise is an important factor in maintaining, preserving and improving the health and also the best way of bringing the body to the physical and the mental shape. An important task of any advanced society is to support elderly to show their age into a more active and productive period of life, which will surely follow and the subjective feeling of complete and qualitative life.

AB  - Sindrom sagorevanja (burnout sy) je višedimenzionalni psihološki sindrom
koji karakteriše humanističke profesije. U zavisnosti od demografskih karak-
teristika, osobina same ličnosti stručnjaka, organizacije i uslova rada, kao i u
zavisnosti od delokruga rada specijalnih edukatora i rehabilitatora postoje,
različiti stepeni rizika, a samim tim i različiti nivoi ispoljavanja sindro-
ma profesionalnog sagorevanja.
Cilj ovog rada je da se, revijalnim pregledom, sistematizuju saznanja iz oblasti
profesionalnog sagorevanja u specijalnoj edukaciji i rehabilitaciji, kao i da
se ukaže na potrebu pravovremene detekcije, prevencije i načina ublažavanja
ovog sindroma kroz vid određenih edukacija i programa podrške namenjene
stručnjacima.
Sveobuhvatnom pretragom analizirano je približno 50 radova, ali je samo njih
12 ispunjavalo kriterijume za uključivanje u ovaj rad. Pretraživanje je obuh-
vatalo radove objavljene u periodu 1998. godine do 2015. godine. Pored toga,
korišćeni su i prethodno prikupljeni radovi na srpskom i engleskom jeziku
koji su za predmet svog istraživanja imali uticaj sindroma profesionalnog
sagorevanja u okviru humanističkih i tzv. pomagačkih profesija, uključujući i
oblast specijalne edukacije i rehabilitacije.
Veliki broj radova ukazuje na to da se u visokom procentu kod stručnjaka bele-
ži sindrom profesionalnog sagorevanja različitog nivoa. Interpersonalni
odnosi, radno okruženje i sama organizacija predstavljaju neke od presudnih
faktora u definisanju ovog sindroma. Individualne osobine ličnosti takođe
imaju uticaja, kao i pojedine demografske karakteristike (bračni status, sta-
rost, godine iskustva, pol...).

AB  - Quality of life is theme that occupies attention of many authors from various areas,
lately, because it is impossible to assess rehabilitation process without this aspect. Therefore
the aim of our research is directing assess quality of life at patients with stoma through
assessment of ability to achieve everyday activities and social parts achievement level.
The study was conducted in Digestive Surgery Clinic; First Surgical Clinic in
Belgrade, Department V, where patients were stationed in the time of research. Research
period was 08.04.2010. till 17.07.2011. Sample contained 33 patients having colostomy
or ileostomy in time of research. Quality of life was assessed through assessment of 11
categories of life habits and achievement satisfaction level. Standardized questionnaire
„Assessment of life habits-Life H“ (Fougeyrollas, 1998) was used.
Results indicated areas where our participants have lower achievement level and
disharmony between life habits achievement level (objective) and Satisfaction with
life habits achievement level (subjective). Examining demographic features that affect
achieving life habits, we found age of patients significant, while gender and type of stoma
showed no statistically significant differences.
Considering how many people are forced to live with chronic diseases and
consequences of medical procedures, quality of life assessment and possibility for
its improvement are very significant. By assessing quality of life we also assess social
function level, respectively level of social involvement of individual, in this case stoma
patient in social environment which is basic task for current issue social disability model.

The aim of this study was to determine the developmental level of artistic expression in students with cerebral palsy through the estimation of developmental stage by interpreting human figure drawings, and through defining the characteristics of artistic expression in relation to gender, age, type of school, grade, and upper limbs laterality of students with cerebral palsy. The study was conducted on the sample of 37 elementary school students, of both genders, aged 8-19, and diagnosed with cerebral palsy. The developmental level of artistic expression was determined on the basis of the stages determined as the criteria for human figure drawings. The results show that in the population of students with cerebral palsy the most frequent developmental stage of artistic expression was the Beginning of Conventional Drawings of human figures; that the better achievement with the statistical significance was found in girls when compared to boys (p  lt  0.05), among participants from regular school in relation to participants from special school (p  lt 0.01), among older participants as compared to participants from junior grades (p  lt  0.05), and in participants aged 12-14 when compared to those from the group of 8-11 years of age (p  lt  0.05). These findings indicate that children with cerebral palsy go through different developmental stages of artistic expression more slowly than typically developing children, which may be a consequence of primary disability, experiential factors, and specific development of these children.

AB  - Writing ability is a complex that includes a variety of skills and activities that must be in writing in the interaction. Successful writing is achieved only if all the skills and all of these processes work, and if in the course of learning, or acquisition of writing skills reach their full integrativity. Cerebral palsy does not have a typical clinical picture, but it is specific to each individual in relation to: the etiology of brain damage, localization and size of defects, the period in which the damage occurred. Given this fact assessment of a child with cerebral palsy should be based on the model estimates the potential and profile through achievements in certain areas, the qualitative and quantitative interpretation. The aim of this study is to assess the writing skills of boy who had undergone surgery of stage fibrotomy. The research results indicate that there is a visible improvement in writing skills after the completion of stage fibrotomy intervention (especially after the third intervention).
AB  - Pisanje je kompleksna sposobnost koja uključuje niz različitih sposobnosti i aktivnosti koje tokom pisanja moraju biti u interakciji. Uspešno pisanje se ostvaruje samo ako sve sposobnosti i svi ovi procesi funkcionišu i ako se tokom učenja, odnosno sticanja sposobnosti pisanja postigne njihova potpuna integrativnost. Cerebralna paraliza nema jednu karakterističnu kliničku sliku, već je ona specifična za svakog pojedinca u odnosu na: etiologiju oštećenja mozga, lokalizaciju i veličinu oštećenja, period u kojem je došlo do oštećenja. Obzirom na ovu činjenicu procenu deteta sa cerebralnom paralizom treba zasnivati na modelu procene potencijala, odnosno kroz profile postignuća u pojedinim područjima, kroz kvalitativnu i kvantitativnu interpretaciju. Cilj ovog rada je procena sposobnosti pisanja dečaka koji je bio podvrgnut hirurškoj intervenciji etapne fibrotomije. Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na to da postoji vidljiv napredak u sposobnosti pisanja nakon izvršenih intervencija etapne fibrotomije (naročito posle treće intervencije).

AB  - The aim of this study is identification main models of vocational rehabilitation after traumatic brain injury as described in the literature, describe its characteristic and identifying similarities and differences between these models. Traumatic brain injury can cause a series of physical, cognitive, emotional and behavioral effects, and the outcome can vary from complete recovery to permanent disability or death. Because of its complexity rehabilitation of persons after traumatic brain injury involves the continuous care from the acute phase to the reentry into community. Rehabilitation can be divided into early rehabilitation and medical and vocational rehabilitation. Different types of rehabilitation after traumatic brain injury have developed over the past three decades, and these are: the traditional outpatient program, holistic, supported employment, residential, and behavioral. Recent literature on rehabilitation after traumatic brain injury regarding to the modern vocational rehabilitation concept as a strategy for rapid and successful return to work was reviewed by research Medline database. Holistic rehabilitation program and supported employment program were found as two main models of vocational rehabilitation after traumatic brain injury.
AB  - Cilj ovog rada je identifikacija glavnih modela profesionalne rehabilitacije nakon traumatske povrede mozga koji su opisani u literaturi, opis njihovih karakteristika i identifikacija sličnosti i razlika među tim modelima. Traumatska povreda mozga može da prouzrokuje niz fizičkih, kognitivnih, emocionalnih i bihejvioralnih efekata, a ishod može da varira od potpunog oporavka do trajnog invaliditeta ili smrti. Zbog svoje kompleksnosti rehabilitacija osoba nakon traumatske povrede mozga podrazumeva kontinuiranu brigu od akutne faze do ponovne integracije u društvenu zajednicu. Rehabilitacija se može podeliti na ranu rehabilitaciju kao i medicinsku i profesionalnu rehabilitaciju. Tokom poslednje tri decenije razvijeni su različiti tipovi programa rehabilitacije nakon traumatske povrede mozga, a to su: tradicionalni dnevni program, holistički, podržano zapošljavanje, rezidentalni i bihejvioralni. Na osnovu pretraživanja baze podataka Medline pregledana je novija literatura o rehabilitaciji nakon traumatske povrede mozga koja se odnosi na savremene koncepte profesionalne rehabilitacije kao strategije za brži i uspešniji povratak na posao. Kao dva glavna modela profesionalne rehabilitacije nakon traumatske povrede mozga izdvojeni su holistički program rehabilitacije i program podržanog zapošljavanja. S obzirom da proces profesionalne rehabilitacije prolazi kroz određene faze tako je poređenje ovih modela izvršeno prema tri globalne oblasti: izbor za ulazak u program i procena sposobnosti, intervencije u periodu pred zapošljavanje i podrška, intervencije u periodu posle zapošljavanja i podrška.

Audiological diagnosis of hearing loss in individuals exposed to industrial noise

AB  - Introduction Noise has direct harmful effects on hearing, leads to hearing loss and disables communication. To prevent disability, certain measures must be taken, audiological selection of susceptible individuals. Objective Our aim was to show the clinical usefulness of supraliminal tests (Tone Decay Test, Reflex Decay Test) on workers exposed to industrial noise. Method Research method involved 50 workers who were exposed to industrial noise their entire working life (experimental group) and the same number of unexposed workers (control group). Both groups were conducted by non-invasive diagnostic methods: medical history, ENT examination and audiological testing (liminal tonal audiometry, audiometry and tympanometry supraliminal with registration of stapedial reflexes), before the start of working hours exposure to industrial noise. Results There was a statistically significant difference (p = 0.024) correlated to pathological audiogram according to the length of service in the group exposed to noise above 20 years (48%). Pathological audiogram is dominant in both groups in age from 41-50 years with 45%, so that correlated with length of service over 20 years, we see statistically significant differences. Sensorineural hearing lossis dominating in the experimental group with the fall of hearing of 41-60dB (34%), while in the control group 72% has normal hearing. Cochlear damage is found in 90.5% of the experimental and control 100% damage grupe. Both sided hearing impairment is present at 84% of the experimental and 75% of the control group. The presence of skotoma 4KHz in the experimental group with SN hearing loss was 90.5%, Tone Decay Test was positive in 32% of the experimental and 4% of the control group - a sign of retrocochlear lesion or hypersensitive hearing. Fatigue acoustic reflex (Reflex Decay Test), an indicator in forecasting impact of noise on bearing represented a 100% in the experimental group and 75% in the control group of patients with hearing impairment. Conclusion Audiological tests should be introduced into clinical practice during periodic examinations of workers exposed to industrial noise to prevent disability.

AB  - This research project examines the attitudes of directors and teachers in ten primary schools in Belgrade, towards the teaching environment. The project aims to determine the types of teaching aids used in schools, how much they are used, and the methods of using them. It also aims to determine the level of teaching environment in primary schools, according to attitudes of school directors and teachers. Educational technology is progressing rapidly, and one of the aims is to determine the position of this country in implementing this technology in the education system. The project also aims to determine directors and teachers level of understanding of the importance of technology, as they are important links in the education system. The work contains the theoretical chapter, where the terms of teaching environment - teaching space and teaching aids are briefly presented, as well as their role in the education system. The research chapter presents the research methodology and the most important results of the research, and compares them with the results of a similar study undertaken a few years ago, so we can see what changes have taken place to date.
AB  - Ovaj rad se bavi ispitivanjem stavova direktora i nastavnika razredne nastave deset beogradskih osnovnih škola o materijalnim uslovima nastave u školama. Rad ima za cilj da utvrdi u kojoj meri i na koji način se koriste nastavna sredstva i vrste nastavnih sredstava koje se koriste, kao i da utvrdi stepen ispunjenosti materijalnih uslova u pogledu prostora u osnovnim školama, prema stavovima direktora škola i nastavnika razredne nastave. Obrazovna tehnologija sve više napreduje, te je jedan od ciljeva utvrditi gde se naša zemlja nalazi u pogledu primene ove tehnologije u obrazovnom sistemu. Ovaj rad ima za cilj i da utvrdi u kojoj meri je prisutna svest o važnosti ovoga kod direktora i nastavnika razredne nastave, kao važnih karika obrazovnog sistema. Rad sadrži teoretski deo, gde su najkraće predstavljeni pojmovi materijalnih uslova razredne nastave - nastavnog prostora i nastavnih sredstava, kao i njihove uloge u obrazovnom sistemu. Zatim, u okviru istraživačkog dela su predstavljeni metodologija istraživanja i isključivo najvažniji rezultati dobijeni ovim istraživanjem i njihovo poređenje sa sličnim istraživanjem od pre nekoliko godina, kako bismo mogli da vidimo kako su se odvijale promene do danas. .

Visual perception of the children with plexus brachialis damage - assessment and treatment

AB  - Interpersonal communication, psychosocial and mental development of personality and its all other functions take place through the motor control. The most common neurological syndrome is a type of peripheral paresis/paralysis of plexus bracialis, which in most cases occurs at birth and significantly compromises the growth and development of the upper extremities and affects the psychomotor performance. The aim of this study was to evaluate the level of visual perception in children with lesion of plexus brachialis and the effect of the somatopedic treatment over the level of increase of the visual perception. The study sample was consisted of 60 preschool children accommodated at the Rehabilitation Centre "Dr. Miroslav Zotović" in Belgrade (experimental group) and examiners that followed regular checkups and had discontinuity in their therapy (control group). For the research purposes, we used The Test for Visual Perception Assessment. By analyzing the results, we concluded that in both, in the first and the second measuring there was a statistically significant correlation between the experimental and the control groups (I measuring: p lt 0.001, r = 0.408; II measuring: p  lt 0.001, r = 0.593).

Uncorrected hearing loss and depression in the elderly

AB  - Introduction: Hearing loss in the elderly makes their social contacts difficult, leads to withdrawal from social life and can cause the appearance of depression. Audiological examination including the rapid assessment of hearing disability, cognitive and depressive status enables the initial recognition of patient groups which require hearing amplification and rehabilitation of hearing in order to prevent and reduce their disability. Objective The aim of this paper was to highlight the cognitive and psychological benefits of using the hearing amplifiers by older people with impaired hearing as well as the usefulness of screening tests in audiological practice. Method: Audiological screening analysis using the tests in otorhinolaryngology clinical practice (Hearing Handicap inventory for the elderly - screening version, the Mini Mental Status Examination, Beck Depression Inventory-Short Form) will provide adequate consideration of hearing handicap problems, and timely response in terms of prevention of depression and deepening of disability. Results: Statistical significance was found in relation to duration of hearing loss in both groups (p = 0.003); namely, the duration of hearing loss over one year was predominant in the group with corrected hearing - 70.4%. In the group with uncorrected hearing, an average hearing threshold corresponded to moderate hearing loss - 18 (66.7%) patients, while in the group with corrected hearing, severe hearing loss degree was predominant, 19 (70.4%) subjects (p lt 0.001). Significant difference (p = 0.020) was established in patients with uncorrected hearing compared to the HHI at first examination and following controls, while highly significant difference was shown in the group with corrected hearing (p = 0.0001). The analysis of results at the first examination and the controls in both groups of patients revealed high significance in the group with corrected hearing (p = 0.004). Significant difference (p lt 0.001) was found with symptoms of depression according to Beck-scale in this group of patients with corrected hearing. Conclusion: Audiological examination and early screening for hearing disability, mental status, and monitoring of features of depression in older patients with impaired hearing allow for initial recognition of the group of patients requiring hearing amplification and hearing rehabilitation in order to prevent mental illness.
AB  - Uvod: Gubitak sluha kod starih osoba otežava socijalne kontakte, dovodi do povlačenja iz društvenog života i ispoljavanja znakova depresije. Audiološka obrada uz brzu procenu slušnog hendikepa, kognitivnog i depresivnog statusa omogućava inicijalno prepoznavanje grupe pacijenata kojima je slušna amplifikacija i rehabilitacija sluha neophodna u cilju prevencije i smanjenja invaliditeta. Cilj rada: Cilj rada je da se ukaže na kognitivne i psihološke prednosti korišćenja slušnih amplifikatora od strane starijih osoba sa oštećenim sluhom, kao i značaj primene skrining testova u audiološkoj praksi. Metod: Audiološka obrada uz primenu skrining testova u otorinolaringološkoj kliničkoj praksi (Hearing Handicap inventory for the elderly - screening version, Mini-Mental Status Examination, Beck Depression Inventory - Short Form) omogućili bi pravilno sagledavanje problema slušnog hendikepa, pravovremeno reagovanje u smislu prevencije depresije i produbljivanja invaliditeta. Rezultati: Statistička značajnost zapažena je u odnosu dužine trajanja nagluvosti kod obe grupe ispitanika (p=0,003) gde u grupi sa korigovanim sluhom dominira dužina trajanja nagluvosti duže od godinu dana 70,4%. U grupi nekorigovanog sluha prosečan prag čujnosti odgovara umerenoj nagluvosti 18 (66,7%) ispitanika, dok u grupi sa korigovanim sluhom dominira nagluvost težeg stepena, 19 (70,4%) ispitanika (p lt 0,001). Pacijenti sa nekorigovanim sluhom, u odnosu na HHI pri prvom kao i kontrolnom pregledu pokazuju statistički značajnu razliku (p=0,020), dok je visoko značajna razlika u grupi sa korigovanim sluhom (p=0,0001). Analizom rezultata MMS pri prvom i kontrolnom pregledu, obe grupe pacijenata, zapažena je visoka statistička značajnost u grupi sa korigovanim sluhom (p=0,004). Simptomi depresije prema Bek-ovoj skali u grupi pacijenta sa korigovanim sluhom pokazuju visoko statistički značajnu razliku (p lt 0,001). Zaključak: Audiološko ispitivanje i rani skrining slušnog hendikepa, mentalnog statusa i praćenje obeležja depresije kod starih osoba oštećenog sluha omogućava inicijalno prepoznavanje grupe pacijenata kojima je slušna amplifikacija i rehabilitacija sluha neophodna u cilju prevencije mentalnih bolesti.

Self-concept of low vision adolescents and their peers without visual impairment

AB  - The aim of the study was to investigate differences in self-concept between partially sighted adolescents and their peers without visual impairment. The sample included 49 low vision adolescents and 123 adolescents without visual impairment aged 14-18 who attended schools in Belgrade. Self-concept was measured using scales developed by Opačić (1995) and Rosenberg's scale of general self-esteem (Rosenberg, 1965). The results show that low vision adolescents have lower general self-esteem and lower levels of self-perceived physical attractiveness than their peers without visual impairment. There are no differences between the two groups in terms of other dimensions of self-concept: self-perceived intellectual and physical abilities, perceived attitudes of other persons toward oneself and rationality emotiveness. Further research should focus on mechanisms through which low vision influences adolescents' self-concept.
AB  - Cilj istraživanja bio je da ispitamo da li se slabovidi adolescenti razlikuju od vršnjaka neoštećenog vida u pogledu dimenzija pojma o sebi. Uzorkom je obuhvaćeno 49 slabovidih ispitanika i 123 ispitanika neoštećenog vida uzrasta 14-18 godina koji pohađaju škole u Beogradu. Korišćene su skale pojma o sebi Opačića (1995) i skala opšteg samopoštovanja Rozenberga (Rosenberg, 1965). Rezultati su pokazali da slabovidi adolescenti imaju niže opšte samopoštovanje i niže procenjuju vlastitu fizičku privlačnost, dok se u pogledu sledećih dimenzija pojma o sebi: intelektualne sposobnosti, fizičke sposobnosti, vrednovanje od strane drugih i racionalnost-emotivnost ne razlikuju od vršnjaka neoštećenog vida. Rezultati upućuju na potrebu daljih istraživanja mehanizama kojim slabovidost utiče na formiranje pojma o sebi.

There are no differences between the two groups in terms of other dimensions of self-concept: self-perceived intellectual and physical abilities, perceived attitudes of other persons toward oneself and rationality emotiveness. Further research should focus on mechanisms through which low vision influences adolescents' self-concept., Cilj istraživanja bio je da ispitamo da li se slabovidi adolescenti razlikuju od vršnjaka neoštećenog vida u pogledu dimenzija pojma o sebi. Uzorkom je obuhvaćeno 49 slabovidih ispitanika i 123 ispitanika neoštećenog vida uzrasta 14-18 godina koji pohađaju škole u Beogradu. Korišćene su skale pojma o sebi Opačića (1995) i skala opšteg samopoštovanja Rozenberga (Rosenberg, 1965). Rezultati su pokazali da slabovidi adolescenti imaju niže opšte samopoštovanje i niže procenjuju vlastitu fizičku privlačnost, dok se u pogledu sledećih dimenzija pojma o sebi: intelektualne sposobnosti, fizičke sposobnosti, vrednovanje od strane drugih i racionalnost-emotivnost ne razlikuju od vršnjaka neoštećenog vida. Rezultati upućuju na potrebu daljih istraživanja mehanizama kojim slabovidost utiče na formiranje pojma o sebi.",

AB  - Pojam o sebi je složaj opažaja, misli i osećanja osobe o vlastitoj ličnosti. Cilj ovog rada
je početna provera podobnosti skala prilago�����ene verzije Upitnika samoopisa autora
Marša (Marsh, 1988), za primenu kod adolescenata oštećenog sluha u našoj sredini. U našem
radu analizirane su sledeće skale upitnika: procena vlastitog fizičkog izgleda, fizičkih
sposobnosti, odnosa sa vršnjacima i opšteg samopoštovanja.
Uzorak istraživanja obuhvata adolescente oštećenog sluha (N=51) uzrasta 15–19 godina
koji poha�����aju školu za učenike sa oštećenjem sluha „Stefan Dečanski” u Beogradu.
Primenjene su skale prilagodjene verzije Upitnika samoopisa koju je Van Garp (Van
Gurp, 1996) konstruisala za primenu kod osoba oštećenog sluha.
Utvr�����ene su sledeće vrednosti koeficijenta unutrašnje konzistentnosti (Kronbahov �����
koeficijent): fizički izgled – 0,76, fizičke sposobnosti 0,83, odnos sa vršnjacima 0,42, opšte
samopoštovanje 0,77.
Postoji statistički značajna korelacija (p<0,05) izme�����u školskog razreda i skala procene
vlastitih fizičkih sposobnosti (Spirmanov ro koeficijent 0,36) i odnosa sa vršnjacima
(0,28). Utvr�����ene su statistički značajne korelacije skale opšteg samopoštovanja sa skalama
fizičkog izgleda (Pirsonov r=0,55, p<0,01), fizičkih sposobnosti (r=0,29, p<0,05) i odnosa
sa vršnjacima (r=0,62, p<0.01). Nisu utvr�����ene razlike u skalama pojma o sebi obzirom na
pol.
Skale Upitnika samoopisa pokazuju zadovoljavajuću pouzdanost. Izuzetak je skala odnosa
sa vršnjacima koja zahteva dalju doradu u cilju primene kod adolescenata oštećenog
sluha u našoj sredini. Utvr�����ene korelacije izme�����u skale opšteg samopoštovanja i drugih
skala pojma o sebi u skladu su sa korelacijama dobijenim u ranijim istraživanjima što govori
u prilog validnosti instrumenta.
AB  - Self-concept refers to a person’s perceptions, cognitions and emotions toward self.
The aim of the present study is preliminary examination of adequacy of an adapted version
of Self Description Questionnaire (Marsh, 1988) for use in adolescents with hearing
impairment in Serbia. The following scales of Self Description Questionnaire are analised:
physical appearance, physical abilities, peer relations, and general self-esteem.
The sample included adolescents with hearing impairment (N=51) aged 15-19 who
attend special school for pupils with hearing impairments “Stefan Dečanski”, Belgrade.
The adapted scales of Self Description Questionnaire for pupils with hearing
impairments (Van Gurp, 1996) were translated and linguistically modified. The Cronbach’s
alphas for adapted scales are as follows: physical appearance - 0.76, physical abilities -
0.83, peer relations - 0.42, general self-esteem - 0.77.
The analuses yielded statistically significant correlations (p < 0.05) between school
grade and physical abilities scale (Spearman’s rho = .36) and peer relations scale
(Spearman’s rho = .28). General self-esteem is significantly positively related to scales of
physical appearance (Pearson r=.55, p<0.01), physical abilities (r=.29, p<0.05) and peer
relations (r=.62, p<0.01).There are no statistically significant differences in self-concept
dimensions between genders.
The scales of Self Description Questionnaire show adequate reliability. The exemption
is peer relations scale which should be further modified for use among adolescents with
hearing impairments in Serbia. The correlations between general self-esteem scale and
other scales of Self Descriptions Questionnaire are in accordance with the correlations
obtained in previous research which supports validity of the adapted instrument.

AB  - Development of a child and family system is adversely affected likewise by establishment of too distant a relation with the retarded child which is undergoing the developing phase in case this category of children is placed in residential institutions. Deinstitutionalization and dehospitalization present models of operation­alization of the principle of normalization, individualization and integration which encourages building of lasting interpersonal relations by making it possible to live in a family (biological of foster one alike). Is that realistic when we have in mind the category of multiple retarded users and to what extent? The aim of this study is to examine the characteristics of the family system of families with multiply retarded children in residential conditions. A specially designed questionnaire was made for purpose of analyzing description of families with one retarded child or more retarded children. The study included 34 families from the territory of the Republic of Serbia which have child/children placed in the Home for retarded children and juveniles in Veternik. Through the analysis of the data obtained and the analysis of professional and scientific articles we obtain results indicating the importance of awareness of family systems of multiple retarded children. That in turn reveals what directions to take in further research work directed primarily to viewing of capacities of families but also finding of ways to improve the functioning of such families in the process of transformation of the social protection system.
AB  - Na razvoj: deteta i porodičnog sistema nepovoljno utiče i uspostavljanje preterano distanciranog odnosa sa ometenim detetom, koji se razvija u slučaju smeštaja ove kategorije dece u rezidencijalne ustanove. Deinstitucionalizacija i dehospitalizacija su modeli operacionalizacije principa normalizacije, individualizacije i integracije, a to podrazumeva podsticanje izgradnje trajnih međuljudskih odnosa osiguravanjem života u porodici (biološkoj ili hraniteljskoj). Da li je to i u kojoj meri realno kada posmatramo kategoriju višestruko ometenih korisnika? Cilj ovog rada je ispitivanje karakteristika porodičnog sistema porodica sa decom višestruko ometenom u razvoju u rezidencijalnim uslovima. Za potrebe analize opisa porodica sa višestruko ometenim detetom/decom posebno je dizajniran upitnik. Istraživanjem su obuhvaćene 34 porodice sa teritorije Republike Srbije koje imaju dete/decu sa višestrukom ometenošću smešteno u Domu za decu i omladinu ometenu u razvoju u Veterniku. Analizom dobijenih podataka i analizom stručnih i naučnih radova dobijeni su rezultati koji ukazuju na značaj poznavanja porodičnih sistema dece sa višestrukom ometenošću. To nam otkriva pravce daljih istraživanja usmerenih, pre svega, na sagledavanje kapaciteta porodica ali i otkrivanje načina za poboljšanje funkcionisanja ovih porodica u procesu transformacije sistema socijalne zaštite.

Fizička kultura 1 fizičko vaspitanje dece ometene u razvoju

AB  - Fizička kultura savremenog doba je oblik kulture koji se prevashodno bavi
pokretom. Postoje tri osnovna pojmovna oblika fizičke kulture: fizičko vaspitanje,
sport i rekreacija. Zbog različitih ciljeva pojmovnih oblika oni nemaju
neku čvrstu vezu između sebe. U obrazovnom sistemu susreću se dva oblika:
fizičko vaspitanje i sport.
Imajući ovo u vidu, autori su smatrali da treba da naprave dve odvojene
monografije. Jednu koja će obuhvatiti sve ono što se odnosi na nastavu fizičkog
vaspitanja dece ometene u razvoju, i drugu koja će se odnositi na sport, izbor
sporta i način njegove realizacije kod osoba ometenih u razvoju. S’ tim u vezi
nastala je i ova prva monografija, Fizička kultura 1- fizičko vaspitanje dece ometene
u razvoju.
Ovaj tekst nam daje opis trenutnog stanja nastave fizičke kulture kod nas i
u svetu. Tekst je zasnovan na metodologiji koja se pokazala efikasnom u nastavi
fizičkog vaspitanja kod dece ometene u razvoju. Karakteristika ovog teksta
je što omogućava čitaocu da i sam istražuje i primenjuje određene strategije u
nastavi fizičke kulture.
Prvobitno je ovaj tekst bio namenjen studentima Fakulteta za specijalnu
edukaciju i rehabilitaciju, ali izbor sadržaja, obima, prikaza i tumačenja teksta
omogućava i studentima drugih fakulteta da ovu monografiju koriste kao literaturu
koja će im proširiti i sistematizovati znanja iz oblasti fizičkog vaspitanja
dece ometene u razvoju. Kada kažemo studenti drugih fakulteta, mislimo pre
svega na studente Fakulteta za fizičku kulturu, Učiteljskog fakulteta i Visoke
strukovne škole za vaspitače. Ovim ne isključujemo mogućnost da ova monografija
bude putokaz svim onim koji se već bave nastavom fizičkog vaspitanja,
odnosno vaspitno-obrazovnim radom. Format čitljivosti i detaljan opis metodologije
nastave fizičke kulture čine ovu monografiju cenjenim izvorom za sve
one koji se bave fizičkim vaspitanjem dece ometene u razvoju.Monografija sadrži šest poglavlja koja predstavljaju jedinstvenu celinu.
Trudili smo se da forma i sadržaj budu zanimljivi skoro svakom čitaocu. Smatramo,
da će brojne skice i crteži učiniti ovu monografiju još zanimljivijom.
Na posletku, monografija Fizička kultura 1 će ispuniti svoj cilj ukoliko svima
pruži preglednu i celovitu sliku fizičkog vaspitanja dece ometene u razvoju.

monografije. Jednu koja će obuhvatiti sve ono što se odnosi na nastavu fizičkog
vaspitanja dece ometene u razvoju, i drugu koja će se odnositi na sport, izbor
sporta i način njegove realizacije kod osoba ometenih u razvoju. S’ tim u vezi
nastala je i ova prva monografija, Fizička kultura 1- fizičko vaspitanje dece ometene
u razvoju.
Ovaj tekst nam daje opis trenutnog stanja nastave fizičke kulture kod nas i
u svetu. Tekst je zasnovan na metodologiji koja se pokazala efikasnom u nastavi
fizičkog vaspitanja kod dece ometene u razvoju. Karakteristika ovog teksta
je što omogućava čitaocu da i sam istražuje i primenjuje određene strategije u
nastavi fizičke kulture.
Prvobitno je ovaj tekst bio namenjen studentima Fakulteta za specijalnu
edukaciju i rehabilitaciju, ali izbor sadržaja, obima, prikaza i tumačenja teksta
omogućava i studentima drugih fakulteta da ovu monografiju koriste kao literaturu
koja će im proširiti i sistematizovati znanja iz oblasti fizičkog vaspitanja
dece ometene u razvoju. Kada kažemo studenti drugih fakulteta, mislimo pre
svega na studente Fakulteta za fizičku kulturu, Učiteljskog fakulteta i Visoke
strukovne škole za vaspitače. Ovim ne isključujemo mogućnost da ova monografija
bude putokaz svim onim koji se već bave nastavom fizičkog vaspitanja,
odnosno vaspitno-obrazovnim radom. Format čitljivosti i detaljan opis metodologije
nastave fizičke kulture čine ovu monografiju cenjenim izvorom za sve
one koji se bave fizičkim vaspitanjem dece ometene u razvoju.Monografija sadrži šest poglavlja koja predstavljaju jedinstvenu celinu.
Trudili smo se da forma i sadržaj budu zanimljivi skoro svakom čitaocu. Smatramo,
da će brojne skice i crteži učiniti ovu monografiju još zanimljivijom.
Na posletku, monografija Fizička kultura 1 će ispuniti svoj cilj ukoliko svima
pruži preglednu i celovitu sliku fizičkog vaspitanja dece ometene u razvoju.

AB  - The aim of this paper is to show the effects of surgical method of phase fibrotomy, developed and promoted by the Russian professor V.B. Uljzibat, on quality of life, the degree of functional dependence, and psychomotor performance in a patient with cerebral palsy through perceptive skills. Functional status was assessed before and after surgery using a battery of appropriate instruments of clinical assessment. Areas where most progress was achieved were the satisfaction of personal needs and mobility. The level of psychological organization was improved in all considered aspects. The achieved therapeutic effects justify the application of this method with precisely defined indications and implementation of further, more detailed and extensive clinical research in this area.
AB  - Cilj ovog rada je da se prikaže uticaj hirurške metode fazne fibrotomije, koja je razvijena i unapređena od strane ruskog profesora dr V.B. Uljzibata ,na kvalitet života, stepen funkcionalne zavisnosti, i psihomotorne sposobnosti bolesnika sa cerebralnom paralizom kroz grafomotorne veštine. Funkcionalni status je procenjivan pre i posle operacije korišćenjem baterije odgovarajućih instrumenata kliničke procene. Oblasti u kojima je bio postignut najveći napredak su zadovoljenje ličnih potreba i pokretljivost. Nivo psihološke organizacije je bio poboljšan u svim posmatranim aspektima. Ostvareni terapijski efekti opravdavaju primenu ove metode kod precizno utvrđenih indikacija kao i sprovođenje daljih, detaljnijih i opsežnijih kliničkih istraživanja u ovoj oblasti.

AB  - Vocational training should not only prepare people for different types of work and their modalities but also for life in community in order to understand social and working relations. Therefore, it could be said that vocational training means both training for work and training for community life. The objective of presented research was examination of the behavior of students with disabilities during vocational training. The sample comprised 16 students with intellectual disability in vocational training process whose age was ranging from 16 to 19 years. For this study, we used "Scale for assessment of performance and behavior of students in the practical teaching" but in this paper we presented items which are related to behavior, such as: work discipline, commitment to carrying out the task, attitude toward the instructor, the willingness for cooperation, communication with the other students in training environment. Obtained results shows that most of the students have good appraisal in all items, but they show the best success on items related to attitude toward the instructor and willingness for cooperation.

AB  - The preliminary determination of the subject of this research influenced the insufficient scientific knowledge in the field of quality of life houses users who have le􀄞 this model of social support and continue living in the open community. In this scientific paper presents results of research that was done during 2008. in residential institutions in Serbia and the type of alternative models of assistance and support. The subject of this paper is aimed at determining the quality of life of persons with intellectual disability Serbia evaluation of subjective and objective indicators. In this paper defined the process of deinstitutionalisation of social protection, services, residential communities and the institutional model of assistance and support for people with intellectual disability. The underlying assumption of this research is that services residential communities based on human rights, promote participation, freedom of participation and taking responsibility for own quality of life, and that the appropriate form of assistance and support to people with intellectual disability. The results of this study are listed in the key indicators that life in an open community for people with intellectual disability determine the possible and necessary: attitudes of professional workers, quality of support proper social network, subjective perceptions of people with intellectual disability on the quality of life. In conclusion, the paper highlighted the advantages of living in the community for this social group and listed shortcomings of traditional models of care.
AB  - Na preliminarno određenje predmeta ovog istraživanja uticala su nedovoljna naučna saznanja iz oblasti kvaliteta života domskih korisnika koji su napustili ovaj model društvene podrške i nastavili život u otvorenoj zajednici. U ovom naučnom radu prikazani su rezultati istraživanja koje je vršeno tokom 2008. godine u Srbiji u ustanovama rezidencijalnog tipa i alternativnim modelima pomoći i podrške. Predmet ovog rada je usmeren ka utvrđivanju kvaliteta života osoba sa intelektualnom ometenošću u Srbiji procenom subjektivnih i objektivnih pokazatelja. U ovom radu definisani su proces deinstitucionalizacije socijalne zaštite, usluga stambenih zajednica kao i institucionalni model pomoći i podrške za osobe sa intelektualnom ometenošću. Osnovna pretpostavka ovog istraživanja je da usluga stambenih zajednica počiva na ljudskim pravima, promoviše participaciju, slobodu učešća i preuzimanja odgovornosti za kvalitet vlastitog života, te da predstavlja adekvatan oblik pomoći i podrške osobama saintelektualnom ometenošću. U rezultatima istraživanja navedeni su ključni pokazatelji koji život u otvorenoj zajednici za osobe sa intelektualnom ometenošću određuju kao moguć i neophodan: stavovi stručnih radnika, kvalitet podrške uže socijalne mreže, subjektivna percepcija osoba sa intelektualnom ometenošću o kvalitetu svog života. U zaključku rada istaknute su prednosti života u zajednici za ovu društvenu grupu i navedeni nedostaci tradicionalnog modela zaštite.
