dc.description.abstractSavez gluvih i nagluvih Srbije je imao veliku ulogu u osposobljavanju i edukaciji gluve dece i omladine, osnivanjem centara za rehabilitaciju, škola za gluve i nagluve učenike, škola i odeljenja za gluve i nagluve učenike u privredi, odeljenja za gluve i nagluve učenike pri redovnim školama, u uključivanju gluve i nagluve dece u redovne škole, u profesionalnom osposobljavanju i zapošljavanju (osnivanjem zaštitnih radionica i u otvorenoj privredi), kroz organizovanje sportskih takmičenja i kulturnih manifestacija (festivali, smotre, likovne izložbe). Da bi se olakšao položaj dece koja nisu mogla redovno pohađati školu, koja su bila prerasla za redovno školovanje, organizovani su tečajevi za opismenjavanje, kojima su rukovodili i radili nastavnici – surdopedagozi. Ovaj oblik opismenjavanja nije mogao rešiti probleme školovanja gluvih, ali je omogućio sticanje osnovne pismenosti i dalo solidnu osnovu za njihovo profesionalno osposobljavanjesr
dc.description.abstractThe Association of Deaf and hard of hearing persons in Serbia has had a major role in training and education of deaf children and youth by establishing rehabilitation centers, schools for deaf and hearing impaired students, schools and classes for deaf and hearing impaired students in industry, classes for deaf and hearing impaired students in regular schools, but also in inclusion of deaf and hearing impaired children into regular schools, vocational trainings and employment (establishing sheltered workshops in the open industry), organization of sports competitions and cultural manifestations (festivals, art exhibitions etc.). To limit the burden on children who were not able to attend schools regularly, or who outgrew regular education, literacy courses were organized, both being managed and taught by teachers – surdo-pedagogists. This form of literacy could not solve the problems of education of the deaf, but it has enabled acquiring basic literacy and providing a solid foundation for their professional qualification.sr
