dc.description.abstract | Polazeći od aktuelnih zakonskih okvira uspostavljanja saradnje između škola i civilnog sektora, a uvažavajući značaj sprovođenja aktivnosti usmerenih na promociju pozitivnog razvoja učenika, kreiran je u organizaciji CEPORA – Centra za pozitivan razvoj dece i omladine i Osnovne škole „Veselin Masleša“ u Beogradu, razvojnopreventivni program „Škola mašte“, namenjen učenicima četvrtog razreda osnovne škole. Program je baziran na principima savremene nauke o prevenciji i realizuje se u formi školske sekcije kroz posebno osmišljen edukativni kurikulum koji sadrži 12 radionica. Radionice kurikuluma primarno su zasnovane na tehnikama primenjene drame i ciljno su usmerene na unapređivanje ličnih kvaliteta i socijalnih veština učenika (kreativnost, komunikacija, kritičko mišljenje, saradnja). Sprovode se tokom jednog polugodišta, svake sedmice, u trajanju od jednog školskog časa, na nivou grupe zainteresovanih učenika, a uz vođenje od strane obučenih edukatora-radioničara. U radu će, pored prikaza strukture, sadržaja i načina primene programa, a na osnovu rezultata ocene zadovoljstva učesnika tokom četiri do sada realizovana ciklusa programa (u kojima je u proseku učestvovalo po 20 učenika), biti ukazano na potencijale primene programa ove vrste, ali i moguće načine saradnje civilnog i obrazovnog sektora u domenu promocije pozitivnog razvoja i prevencije problema ponašanja učenika. dc.description.abstract | Starting from the current legal framework for establishing cooperation between schools and the civil sector, with respecting the importance of implementation of activities aimed at promoting positive development of students, CEPORA – Center for Positive Youth Development and primary school “Veselin Masleša” from Belgrade created a developmental prevention program “School of Imagination” for students of the fourth grade of primary school. The program is based on the principles of current prevention science and is implemented in the form of a school section through a specially designed educational curriculum that includes 12 workshops. Curriculum workshops are primarily based on applied drama techniques and are targeted at enhancing student’s personal qualities and social skills (creativity, communication, critical thinking, cooperation). They are conducted during one semester, every week, for one school class, in a group of students (selected by their interest in the program), with the guidance of trained educators. In this paper, in addition to presenting the structure, content and methods of the program implementation and based on the results of evaluation of participants’ satisfaction over the four cycles of the program implemented so far (with an average of 20 students per cycle), the potentials of the implementation of this kind of programs will be indicated, but the focus will also be put on the possible models of cooperation between the civil and educational sectors in the field of promoting positive development and prevention of students’ problem behavior. | |
