AB  - Cilj istraživanja je utvrđivanje fonološke svesnosti kod dece sa nepravilnim izgovorom
glasova. Ispitivani uzorak čini 85-oro dece (42 dečaka i 43 devojčice),
uzrasta od šest do sedam godina. Za procenu fonološke svesnosti primenjen je
Test glasovne analize i sinteze u rečima (Radičević i Marinković, 1993) i Test za
procenu fonološke svesnosti-FONT (Subotić, 2011), dok je za procenu artikulacionih
sposobnosti primenjen Globalni artikulacioni test (Kostić, Vladisavljević
i Popović, 1983). Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da deca u proseku pravilno
izgovaraju 28 glasova srpskog jezika, kao i da su u grupi dece sa nepravilnim
izgovorom najučestalije supstitucije (41,2%) i distorzije glasova (26%).
Analizom dobijenih rezultata utvrđeno je da su deca postigla najveći uspeh
na zadacima prepoznavanja rime (93,6%), slogovne svesnosti (90,1%), analize
glasova u rečima (75,4%) i sinteze glasova u rečima od dva sloga (85,3% i
75,3%), dok je najmanji uspeh postignut na zadacima sinteze glasova u rečima
od tri i više slogova (33,2%). Daljom analizom rezultata utvrdili smo da su deca
sa pravilnim izgovorom glasova bila uspešnija na svim zadacima slogovne svesnosti,
sinteze glasova u rečima, kao i eliminacije i supstitucije početnog fonema
u odnosu na decu sa nepravilnim izgovorom glasova (p < 0,05). Sa druge
strane, između dece sa pravilnim izgovorom i dece sa nepravilnim izgovorom
nisu utvrđene statistički značajne razlike na zadacima prepoznavanja rime i
analize glasova u rečima (p > 0,05). Rezultati ovog istraživanja mogu se primeniti
u praćenju i proceni tipičnog razvoja, ali i u detekciji poremećaja u cilju
poboljšanja u okviru sposobnosti pravilnog izgovora i fonoloških sposobnosti.
AB  - The aim of this research was to determine phonological awareness in children with
irregular pronunciation of phonemes. Our sample consisted of 85 children (42 boys and 43
girls), six to seven years of age. For the assessment of phonological awareness, the Test
of phoneme analysis and synthesis in words (Radičević and Marinković, 1993) and Test
for the assessment of phonological awareness-FONT (Subotić, 2011) were applied, while
the Global articulation test was applied for the evaluation of articulation abilities (Kostić,
Vladisavljević and Popović, 1983). The results showed that children on average correctly
pronounced 28 phonemes of the Serbian language, and that in the group of children with
irregular pronunciation of phonemes, substitutions (41.2%) and distortions of phonemes
(26%) were the most frequent. The analysis of the results showed that children achieved
the greatest success in rhymes recognition (93.6%), syllable awareness (90.1%), analysis of
phonemes in words (75.4%) and synthesis of phonemes in two-syllable words tasks (85.3%
and 75.3%) while the lowest success was achieved in synthesis of phonemes in three or moresyllable
words task (33.2%). Further analysis of the results showed that children with correct
pronunciation of phonemes were more successful in all tasks of syllable awareness, phoneme
synthesis in words, and elimination and substitution of the initial phoneme tasks compared
to children with irregular pronunciation of phonemes (p < 0.05). On the other hand, among
children with correct pronunciation and children with irregular pronunciation, statistically
significant differences in rhyme recognition and phoneme analysis in words (p > 0.05) were
not found. The results of this research can be applied in monitoring and evaluation of
typical development, but also in detection of disorders in order to improve ability of correct
pronunciation and phonological abilities.

Phonological abilities of preschool children

AB  - The aim of the research is to identify phonological abilities - voice analysis and word synthesis - and elements of phonological awareness in preschool children. The sample consisted of 85 children (42 boys and 43 girls), ages 6-7. The Test of the Speech Sound Analysis and Word Synthesis (Radičević & Marinković, 1993) was used to assess the ability of the speech sound analysis and synthesis, while the Test for Assessing Phonological Awareness - FONT Test (Subotić, 2011) was used to assess the respondents' phonological awareness. The results of the research showed that, in six out of eight tasks assessing the elements of phonological awareness, the children demonstrated an average and above average development of phonological abilities: syllable merging, syllabic segmentation, identifying the initial phoneme, identifying rhyme, phonemic segmentation, and identifying the final phoneme, while the lowest achievement was observed in the tasks of eliminating the initial phoneme and phonemic substitution of the initial phoneme. No statistically significant differences were found between boys and girls in their achievement on the FONT test tasks (p> 0.05). By further analyzing the results, and based on the results of average achievement, we found that the children constituting the research sample were more successful in the tasks of synthesizing monosyllabic and two-syllable words, than in the analysis of monosyllabic and two-syllable words. Differences in achievement between boys and girls regarding the speech sound analysis and synthesis tasks were identified in the tasks involving the speech sound synthesis (p  lt 0.05).
AB  - Cilj istraživanja je utvrđivanje fonoloških sposobnosti - glasovne analize i sinteze u rečima - i elemenata fonološke svesnosti kod dece predškolskog uzrasta. Ispitivani uzorak čini osamdeset petoro dece (četrdeset dva dečaka i četrdeset tri devojčice), uzrasta od šest do sedam godina. Za procenu sposobnosti glasovne analize i sinteze primenjen je Test glasovne analize i sinteze u rečima (Radičević & Marinković, 1993), dok je za procenu fonološke svesnosti primenjen Test za procenu fonološke svesnosti - FONT test (Subotić, 2011). Rezultati istraživanja su pokazali da su prilikom procene elemenata fonološke svesnosti deca na šest od osam zadataka pokazala prosečnu i natprosečnu razvijenost fonoloških sposobnosti: spajanje slogova, slogovna segmentacija, identifikovanje početnog fonema, prepoznavanje rime, fonemska segmentacija i identifikovanje završnog fonema, dok su najniža postignuća ostvarena na zadacima eliminacije početnog fonema i fonemske supstitucije početnog fonema. Nisu utvrđene statistički značajne razlike između dečaka i devojčica u postignuću na zadacima u okviru FONT testa (p>0.05). Daljom analizom rezultata utvrdili smo da su deca iz uzorka bila uspešnija na zadacima sinteze jednosložnih i dvosložnih reči u odnosu na analizu jednosložnih i dvosložnih reči, posmatrajući rezultate prosečnog postignuća. Na zadacima analize i sinteze glasova utvrđene su razlike u postignuću među dečacima i devojčicama na zadacima sinteze glasova (p lt 0.05).

AB  - Предмет истраживања овог рада је утврђивање артикулационих способности и елемената фонолошке свесности код деце предшколског узраста. Развијеност
артикулационих способности и елемената фонолошке свесноти испитани су Глобалним артикулационим тестом, Tестом гласовне анализе и синтезе речи и Tестом фонолошке свесности - ФОНТ (Суботић, 2011). Узорак су чинила деца предшколског узраста на територији Београда.  Анализом изговора гласова Глобалним артикулационим тестоm утврђено je присуство дислалије, највише по типу дисторзије i атипичном продукцијом гласова /Љ/, /Л/, /Ц/, /С/, /З/ и /Р/. Разлике између полова нису биле статистички значајне. Процене елемената фонолошке свесности указују да су деца на 6 од 8 задатака показала просечну и изнад просечну развијеност, као и да нису утврђене разлике између полова. Резултати гласовне анализе и синтезе речи, показују просечне способности деце на 8 од 9 задатака анализе, а на задацима синтезе указују на велику успешност синтезе речи које су високо фреквентне у свакодневном говору. Компарација постигнућа међу половима указује да у задацима анализе речи нема разлика и да су девојчице биле успешније на задацима синтезе речи – укупно.  Деца са дислалијом имала су значајно ниже резултате у односу на децу типичне продукције на свим задацима синтезе гласова. Није утврђена статистички значајна разлика између деце са дислалијом и деце типичног развоја на задацима анализе гласова.
AB  - The subject of this research is examination of articulation abilities and elements of phonological awareness in preschool age children. The development of articulation abilities and elements of phonological awareness were examined by the Global Articulation Test, the Test of word analysis and word synthesis, and The phonological awareness test – FONT (Subotić,2011). The sample was made by children of pre-school age on the territory of Belgrade. By analyzing the speech, using Global Articulation Test, the obtained findings showing the presence of dislalia, mostly the distortion type, and atypical production of sounds /Lj/, /L/, /C/, /S/, /Z/, /R/. Gender differences were not statistically significant. The estimations of elements of phonological awareness indicate that children showed an average and above average development on 6 out of 8 tasks, and that gender differences were not found. The results of word analysis and word synthesis test show the average analysis abilities of children in 8 out of 9 tasks, but the word synthesis tasks indicate the high success of synthesis of words that are highly frequent in everyday speech. Comparison of achievements among girls and boys indicates that there are no differences between them in word analysis tasks, but girls were more successful in the synthesis of words - total. Children with dislalia had significantly lower results compared to the children of typical pronunciation on all of the word synthesis tasks. There was no statistically significant difference between children with dislalia and children of typical production in word analysis tasks.
