Scientific foundation of in-service training for prevention of peer violence

Naučna zasnovanost programa stručnog usavršavanja za prevenciju vršnjačkog nasilja

Abstract
The paper analyzes the compatibility of the continuous in-service teacher training for prevention of peer violence and modern scientific knowledge in this area. The first part of the paper summarizes the results of 12 systematic reviews and meta-analyses of the effectiveness of the studies of antibullying programs published since 2000. which relate to the effects of uni-modal and multi-modal programs, and the efficacy of interventions used in anti-bullying programs. The second part of the paper analyses the approved programs of in-service teacher training, in which priority is given to the prevention of violence, abuse and negligence. We analyzed 39 programs of continuous in-service teacher training, and focused on the empirical bases of the programs (researches which confirm the effectiveness of a program) and the contents of the training (the level of preventive activity, modality, field, and interventions). The results of the analysis of the programs of continuous in-service trainin...g for peer violence prevention are discussed in the context of modern scientific knowledge of effectiveness of anti-bullying programs and of professional development of teachers and counsellors.

U radu se razmatra usklađenost programa stalnog stručnog usavršavanja za prevenciju vršnjačkog nasilja sa savremenim naučnim saznanjima u ovoj oblasti. U prvom delu rada sumirani su rezultati 12 sistematskih pregleda i metaanaliza studija efektivnosti antibuling programa, objavljenih od 2000. godine, koji se odnose na ukupne efekte antibuling programa, efektivnost programa različitog nivoa preventivnog delovanja, efektivnost unimodalnih i multimodalnih programa, kao i na efektivnost intervencija koje se primenjuju u antibuling programima. Drugi deo rada posvećen je analizi odobrenih programa stalnog stručnog usavršavanja, u kojima je kao prioritetna oblast navedena prevencija nasilja, zlostavljanja i zanemarivanja. Obuhvaćeno je ukupno 39 programa stalnog stručnog usavršavanja i analizirane su empirijske osnove programa (istraživanja koja potvrđuju delotvornost programa) i sadržaj obuke (nivo preventivnog delovanja, modalitet, oblast i intervencije). Rezultati analize programa stalnog ...stručnog usavršavanja za prevenciju vršnjačkog nasilja diskutovani su u kontekstu savremenih naučnih saznanja o efektivnosti antibuling programa i o profesionalnom razvoju nastavnika, vaspitača i stručnih saradnika.
