Abstract
In this paper we are discussing life perspective of blind adolescents on professional level. The significance of studying this particular topic is being pointed out. The objective situation in our socio-cultural environment is pretty somber, which is confirmed by the data about the professional status of blind people at the employing services. We are discussing some characteristics of blind adolescents that make the transition process from schooling to working harder. Also, the data about self-estimation and parents' estimations of life perspective of blind adolescents on professional level are pointing out the necessity for special social support intended for blind people and their families in the period of transition. We are discussing the elements of professional aid and support intended for blind people whose purpose is the prevention of the professional identity crisis and efficient coping with it: social skills learning; family counseling appropriate expertise; transition period ...programs; dynamic professional development. We are putting emphasis on the role of specialized services and trainings of blind people and their family members for appropriate usage of these services.

Ovaj rad bavi se životnom perspektivom slepih adolescenata na profesionalnom planu. Ukazuje se na značaj proučavanja teme rada. Objektivna slika u našoj socio-kulturnoj sredini je prilično tmurna o čemu svedoče podaci o profesionalnom statusu slepih i službama za zapošljavanje. Razmotrene su neke karakteristike slepih adolescenata koje otežavaju proces tranzicije od sveta školovanja ka svetu rada. I podaci o samoproceni i roditeljskim procenama životne perspektive slepih adolescenata na profesionalnom planu ukazuju na neophodnost posebne društvene podrške slepima i njihovim porodicama u periodu tranzicije. Pominju se elementi stručne pomoći i podrške slepima čija je svrha prevencija krize profesionalnog identiteta i njeno efikasno prevladavanje: učenje socijalnih veština; porodično savetovanje; adekvatno stručno obrazovanje; programi prelaznog perioda; dinamičan profesionalni razvoj. Naročito se apostrofira uloga specijalizovanih servisa i treninga slepih i članova njihovih porodica za... adekvatno korišćenje njihovih usluga.
