dc.description.abstract | Communication and cooperation between school staff members, as well as between the school and the individuals and institutions in its local and wider social environment, is essential for the successful functioning of the educational institution. Communication can be seen as a prerequisite for the existence and functioning of any social group and institution, as a medium to exercise group activities, and as a result of the successful group and institutional work as well. The aim of this study is to present the existing communication in the educational system in our country, with examples of communication in some European countries with a well-built education policy. . | en |
dc.description.abstract | Za uspešno funkcionisanje školske institucije neophodna je komunikacija i saradnja između članova školskog kolektiva i između škole i pojedinaca i institucija u njenom lokalnom i širem društvenom okruženju. Komunikacija se može posmatrati kao preduslov postojanja i funkcionisanja bilo koje društvene grupe i institucije, kao medij putem kojeg se ostvaruju grupne aktivnosti, ali i kao rezultat uspešnog grupnog i institucionalnog delovanja. Cilj rada je prikaz postojeće komunikacije u obrazovnom sistemu kod nas,sa primerima komunikacije u nekim evropskim zemljama, sa razvijenom obrazovnom politikom. . | sr |
