Weak reaction of psychopaths On punishment is one of most difficult problems of law machinery There are conditions enabling to improve the training of such delinquents in passive avoidance of the violation of the law. The principles necessary to adhere to in order to make psychopaths' punishment effective are presented. Punishment inadequacy and its insufficient results are due to neglect of psychological, neurophysiological and criminological specificity of psychopaths.
