Surdologists attitudes towards cooperative learning

Odnos surdologa prema kooperativnom učenju

Abstract
Cooperative learning is one of the innovative models that contribute to mitigating the weaknesses of traditional teaching, through changing the position of students and teachers during the teaching process. Based on the philosophical humanistic orientation, a principle of individualism, as well as the belief that adequate social relations contribute to the efficient acquisition of knowledge, cooperative learning promotes the development of cooperative qualities of a personality and helps creating a supportive environment, which positively affects the outcomes of teaching. This study presents the results of a research on the attitudes of surdologists towards the implementation of innovative models of teaching, especially cooperative learning, with the suggestions for further innovations of teaching. The sample consisted of 102 surdologists, who are implementing educational activities in schools for the deaf and hard of hearing children. For research purposes, a special questionnaire was... designed. In addition to general information about the respondent, it contained a list of questions that were divided into three areas. The study presents the results from the third area, which is related to the application of innovative models of teaching, with special emphasis on the implementation of cooperative learning. The results showed that the surdologists exhibit a willingness to implement innovative models of teaching and consider that application of cooperative learning methods has a positive effect on the outcomes of the educational process.

Kooperativno učenje je jedan od inovativnih modela koji menjajući položaj učenika i nastavnika tokom nastavnog procesa doprinosi ublažavanju slabosti tradicionalne nastave. Zasnovano na filozofskoj orijentaciji humanista, principu individualizacije, kao i uverenju da adekvatni socijalni odnosi doprinose efikasnijem usvajanju znanja, kooperativno učenje podstiče razvoj kooperativnih kvaliteta ličnosti i doprinosi stvaranju povoljne emocionalne klime čime pozitivno utiče i na ishode nastavnog rada. U radu su prikazani rezultati istraživanja odnosa surdologa prema primeni inovativnih modela u nastavnom radu, pre svega kooperativnom učenju, sa predlozima za dalje inoviranje nastavnog procesa. Uzorak je činilo 102 surdologa koji realizuju vaspitno-obrazovne aktivnosti u školama za gluvu i nagluvu decu. Za potrebe istraživanja dizajniran je poseban upitnik koji je pored opštih podataka o ispitaniku, sadržao listu pitanja koja su podeljena u tri oblasti.U radu je prikazan deo rezultate iz tre...će oblasti koja se odnosila na primenu inovativnih modela u nastavnom radu sa posebnim akcentom na primenu kooperativnog učenja.Dobijeni rezultati su pokazali da kod surdologa postoji spremnost za primenu inovativnih modela nastavnog rada i da smatraju da primena metoda kooperativnog učenja pozitivno utiče na ishode nastavnog procesa.
