It is known that the model of inclusive education has been applied for many years in educational institutions of Serbia, but the number of research aimed at its improvement is still insufficient. There are a number of factors that should be taken into account when talking about the quality and application of inclusion in practice. The education of children with developmental difficulties and disabilities in regular schools has been an important issue throughout the world in recent decades. This type of education requires cooperation and reaching a compromise in meeting the needs of children with typical development and children with developmental difficulties and disabilities, parents, teachers, associates, support staff). The subject of this paper is the perception of parents' satisfaction with inclusive education and the discovery of factors (variables) that influence the formation of positive or negative attitudes towards inclusive education. The research sample consisted of 30 pare...nts of children with developmental disabilities and disabilities who were involved in inclusion.
For the purposes of the research, the JAKO-O guide was used, which consists of three subscales: Attitudes about inclusive education according to the type of disability, Perception of parents about teaching practices of teachers and Perception of the use of teaching aids. The obtained research results indicate that the type of teaching process that the child attends is only one of the factors of successful inclusive education.
