Primena radioničarskog načina rada kod dece sa intelektualnom ometenošću

Abstract

Особе са интелектуалном ометеношћу често показују велики број тешкоћа у различитим областима функционисања, која непосредно или посредно, отежавају свакодневно успешно извршавање обавеза и задатака. Данас, постоји велики број радионица којe су управо дизајниранe да подрже потребе деце са интелектуалном ометеношћу и потребе њихових породица, како би се смањио јаз између потребе за подршком и саме подршке која се пружа особама са ометеношћу и њиховим породицама. Учесници радионице заједничким снагама раде на развијању тачно одређене вештине. Циљ овог рада је да се прегледом доступне литературе прикаже значај и начин примене радионичарског начина рада код деце са интелектуалном ометеношћу. Током претраге литературе користио се Google Scholar и преглед радова националних и међународних скупова на сајту Факултета за специјалну едукацију и рехабилитацију у Београду. Претраживана је литература на српском и енглеском језику, а радови који су анализирани бавили су се искључиво особама са интелектуалном ометеношћу, различитог нивоа. Анализом доступних истраживања указано је на значај примене радионичарског начина рада, како у општој популацији, тако и код деце са интелектуалном ометеношћу. Описан је детаљан начин креирања радионице, шта она садржи, како треба да изгледа и колико је битна припрема свих учесника и водитеља радионице. Прегледом истраживања се може видети да радионице дају позитивне исходе у раду са децом типичне популације, али и са децом која имају одређени облик тешкоћа. Особе са интелектуалном ометеношћу имају тешкоће у свакодневном фунционисању, а примена радионичарског начина рада може у великој мери да им олакша у бројним активностима. Већина аутора је у својим истраживањима потврдила позитивне ефекте примене радионица код особа са интелектуалном ометеношћу, а само мали број учесника је сматрао да радионице не утичу позитивно на целокупно функционисање.

People with intellectual disability often show a large number of difficulties in various areas of functioning, which directly or indirectly, make it difficult to successfully carry out daily obligations and tasks. Today, there are a number of workshops that are precisely designed to support the needs of children with intellectual disabilities and the needs of their families, in order to reduce the gap between the need for support and the actual support provided to people with disabilities and their families. Workshop participants work together to develop a specific skill. The aim of this paper is to review the available literature to show the importance and way of applying the workshop method of working with children with intellectual disabilities. During the literature search, Google Scholar was used and a review of the papers of national and international meetings on the website of the Faculty of Special Education and Rehabilitation in Belgrade. Literature in Serbian and English was searched, and the papers that were analyzed dealt exclusively with people with intellectual disabilities, of different levels. The analysis of available research indicated the importance of applying the workshop method of work, both in the general population and in children with intellectual disabilities. The detailed way of creating the workshop is described, what it contains, how it should look and how important is the preparation of all participants and workshop leaders. By reviewing the research, it can be seen that the workshops give positive results in working with children of the typical population, but also with children who have a certain form of difficulties. People with intellectual disabilities have difficulties in their daily functioning, and the application of the workshop method of work can greatly facilitate them in numerous activities. In their research, most of the authors confirmed the positive effects of applying the workshops to people with intellectual disabilities, and only a small number of participants believed that the workshops did not have a positive effect on the overall functioning.
