Tretman patološkog kockanja primenom sistemske porodične psihoterapije

Abstract

Patološko kockanje pojedinca utiče na ceo sistem, počevši od države kao najšireg sistema, porodice kao užeg i na kraju utiče i na samog pojedinca. Negativne posledice kockanja uključuju kako zdravstvene tako i socijalne posledice, finansijske gubitke, narušavanje opšteg funkcionisanja osoba i njihovih odnosa. Iako podaci upućuju na porast broja patoloških kockara u svetu i Srbiji, porodica kockara je tema kojoj se posvećuje malo pažnje u istraživanju problema kockanja. Kako je porodica jedna od najvažnijih društvenih grupa i kako interakcija i dešavanja u porodici imaju veliki uticaj na život pojedinca veoma je važno probleme koji narušavaju porodične odnose organizovano i tretmanski rešavati. Predmet rada je tretman patološkog kockanja primenom sistemske porodične psihoterapije. Cilj je prikaz fenomena patološkog kockanja, njegove etiologije, epidemiologije, postavljanje dijagnoze, kao i mogućih oblika tretmana.

Pathological gambling of one person affects the entire system, starting with the state as the broadest system, the family as the narrowest, and finally affects the individual himself. The negative consequences of gambling include both health and social consequences, financial losses, disruption of the general functioning of the persons and their relationships. Although the data indicate an increased the number of pathological gamblers in the world and as well as in Serbia, the family of the gamblers receives little attention in research on gambling problems. As the family is one of the most important social groups and as interaction and events that occur in the family have a great impact on the life of an individual, it is very important to solve problems that disrupt family relationships in an organized and therapeutic manner. The subject of this paper is the treatment of pathological gambling using systemic family psychotherapy. The goal is to present the phenomenon of pathological gambling, its etiology, epidemiology, diagnosis, and possible forms of treatment.
