Uticaj motoričkog i kognitivnog deficita na svakodnevne životne veštine dece sa neurorazvojnim poremećajima

Abstract

Деца са неуроразвојним поремећајима могу имати значајне потешкоће у извршавању моторичких, когнитивних, језичких и социјалних функција приликом учествовања у свакодневним активностима. У рехабилитационој нези, учествовање је један од главних исхода третмана и сматра се једним од нajважнијих исхода за родитеље и младе. Основни циљ рада био је да се помоћу анализе доступне литературе представи на који начин когнитивни и моторички дефицити деце са неуроразвојним поремећајима утичу на њихове вештине у активностима свакодневног живота. Методологија: Претраживање доступних чланака о неуроразвојним поремећајима и свакодневим активностима обављено је од октобра 2021. до маја 2022. године у следећим базама података: Google Академик, KoBSON, SCIndeks, PubMed, комбиновањем кључних речи. Резултати: Укупно 15 радова је изабрано за даљу анализу, из којих се извукао закључак да когнитивна и моторичка оштећања код неуроразвојних поремећаја значајно утичу на активности свакодневног живота.

Children with neurodevelopmental disorders may have significant difficulties in performing motor, cognitive, language and social functions while participating in daily activities. In rehabilitative care, participation is one of the main outcomes of treatment and is considered one of the most important outcomes for parents and young people. The main goal of the work was to present, through the analysis of the available literature, how cognitive and motor deficits of children with neurodevelopmental disorders affect their skills in activities of daily life. Methodology: A search for available articles on neurodevelopmental disorders and daily activities was performed from October 2021 to May 2022 in the following databases: Google Scholar, KoBSON, SCIndeks, PubMed, by combining keywords. Results: A total of 15 papers were selected for further analysis, from which the conclusion was drawn that cognitive and motor impairments in neurodevelopmental disorders significantly affect activities of daily life.
