Oblici društvene podrške deci sa višestrukom ometenošću

Abstract

Вишеструка ометеност представља облик ометености када дете или одрасла особа има две или више ометености, чија клиничка слика даје далеко више проблема него када је у питању само једна ометеност. Сматра се да има онолико облика вишеструке ометености колико има и вишеструко ометене деце. У раду смо поред дефинисања појмаова вишеструке ометености и слушног оштећења описали специфичности у развоју вишеструко ометене деце. Кроз рад смо истакли и значај друштвене подршке вишеструко ометеној деци која имају и оштећење слуха у породици, друштвеној заједници као и у васпитно-образовним установама. Посебно смо указали на значај пружања подршке родитељима који имају веома битну улогу у целокупном процесу интервенције, а посебно у васпитно-образовном процесу и процесу инклузије. Узорак истраживања чини 5 радова везаних за тему друштвене подршке деци са вишеструком ометеношћу. У раду је коришћена домаћа и страна уџбеничка литература, као и научни чланци. Такође, коришћене су и онлајн базе и платформе: Google Scholar, Kobson и Хрчак. Примењен је метод Теоријске анализе прикупљеног материјала. Резултати истраживања представљени су описно, а најзначајнији резултати су и посебно дискутовани. На основу резултата истраживања дошли смо до закључка да постоје бројне специфичности у раду са вишеструко ометеном децом која имају и оштећење слуха, потом смо утврдили да ова група деце постиже боље резултате након кохлеарне имплантације, као и да врста додатне ометености утиче на њихов говорно-језички развој. Такође, дошли смо до закључка да вишесруко ометена деце која имају и оштећење слуха остварују бољи школски успех уколико се школују применом индивидуализованог програма.

Multiple disability is a form of disability when a child or adult has two or more disabilities, the clinical picture of which causes far more problems than when it comes to only one disability. Multiple disabilities are considered to have as many forms as there are multiple disabled children. In the paper, in addition to defining the concept of multiple disabilities and hearing impairment, we described specifics in the development of multiple disabilities children. Through the work, we also emphasized the importance of social support for multiple hearing impaired children in the family, social community, and educational institutions. We especially pointed out the importance of providing support to parents, who play a very important role in the inclusion process. The research sample consists of 5 works related to the topic of social support for children with multiple disabilities. Domestic and foreign textbook literature, as well as scientific articles, were used in the work. Also, online databases and platforms were used: Google Scholar, Kobson and Hrčak. The method of theoretical analysis of the collected material was applied. The research results are presented descriptively, and the most significant results are discussed separately. Based on the results of the research, we came to the conclusion that there are numerous specificities in working with multiple hearing impaired children, then we determined that multiple hearing impaired children achieve better results after cochlear implantation, as well as that the type of additional impairment affects speech and language development in multiple ways hearing impaired children. Also, we came to the conclusion that children with multiple disabilities achieve better school success if they are educated using an individualized program.
