Казна затвора доприноси настанку депривације слободе код осуђених, и сама депривација носи са собом последице по самог осуђеног. У овом раду ћемо анализирати интензитет депривације слободе на осуђене, различите моделе депривације слободе, као и анализирати истраживања ове тематике. Представити како депривација слободе утиче на здравлље, личност и понашање осуђених, каква разлика постоји у доживљају депривације слободе код мушких и женских осуђеника. На који начин депривација слободе може да се ублажи и то како радно ангажовање и образовање има утицај на смањење последица депривације слободе код осуђених. Међу утицајима на смањење депривације слободе говориће се и о алтернативним кривичним санкцијама.
Imprisonment contributes to the deprivation of liberty in the convicts, and the deprivation itself carries with it consequences for the convict himself. In this paper, we will analyze the intensity of deprivation of liberty for convicted persons, different models of deprivation of liberty, as well as analyze research on this topic. Present how the deprivation of freedom affects the health, personality and behavior of the convicts, what difference there is in experiencing the freedom of freedom in male and female convicts. How deprivation of liberty can be mitigated and how work engagement and education have an impact on reducing the consequences of deprivation of liberty for convicts. Alternative criminal sanctions will also be discussed among the influences on the reduction of deprivation of liberty.
