dc.description.abstract | The main problems that persons with visual impairment encounter on the open market are to find, keep and perform the work in the best possible way. Available researches on the situation of persons with visual impairment in the labor market are mainly related to the identification of barriers to employment these persons, attitudes of employers about the possibilities of overcoming obstacles and the use of certain assistive technology in the workplace. As the most important reasons for not hiring people with visual impairments employers cite limitations in performing tasks, their lack of knowledge on the work abilities of persons with visual impairment, the high costs of renovating the workplace and general complexity of demands that accompany those workplaces. dc.description.abstract | Osnovni problemi sa kojima se susreću osobe sa oštećenjem vida na otvorenom tržištu rada su: pronaći, zadržati i obavljati posao na najbolji mogući način. Dostupna istraživanja o položaju osoba sa oštećenjem vida na tržištu rada uglavnom se odnose na identifikovanje prepreka zapošljavanju ovih osoba, stavove poslodavaca o mogućnostima prevazilaženja barijera, kao i na upotrebu određenih asistivnih tehnologija na radnom mestu. Kao najznačajnije razloge nezapošljavanja osoba sa oštećenjima vida poslodavci navode ograničenja u obavljanju poslova, nepoznavanje radnih mogućnosti ovih osoba, zatim velike troškove za adaptaciju radnog mesta i uopšte složenost zahteva koji prate takvo radno mesto. U ovom radu bavimo se osnovnim problemima sa kojima se susreću osobe sa oštećenjem vida na otvorenom tržištu rada. | sr |
