Simptomatologija i karakteristike dizartrije kod traumatskih oštećenja mozga
Abstract
Dysarthria is a motor disorder of speech that affects respiration, phonation, resonance, articulation and prosody and can be manifested by damage to all or some components of the speech production process. People with sadism have impaired speech comprehension as well as quality of communication. Dysarthria occurs when the muscles you use for speech are weak or difficult to control. Dysarthria often causes slow speech that is difficult to understand. Common causes of dysarthria include disorders of the nervous system and conditions that cause paralysis of the face or weakness of the muscles of the tongue or throat. Certain medications can also cause dysarthria.
Traumatic brain injuries are the most common type of brain injury in children. Trauma often causes permanent and complex damage to cognitive functions, including chronic language disorders. Symptomatology of dysarthria in traumatic brain injuries includes: symptoms that are co-induced after the trauma that an individual experien...ces, slurred speech, slow speech, impaired speech rhythm, quiet speech, difficulty with changing the tone of voice, difficulty controlling facial muscles. Treatments for the recovery of dysarthria include: speech therapy, treatment of respiratory, laryngeal, velopharyngeal, articulatory and prosodic dysfunctions.
