Gramatički deficiti kod dece sa poremećajem u jezičkom razvoju

Abstract

Cilj ovog rada je bio utvrditi nivo gramatičkog deficita kod dece sa poremećajem u jezičkom razvoju. Uzorak su činile dve grupe, eksperimentalna i kontrolna. U eksperimentalnoj grupi je ispitano petnaestoro dece uzrasta pet do sedam godina kojima je dijagnostikovan specifični jezički poremećaj. Kontrolnu grupu je takođe činilo petnaestoro dece, tipičnog razvoja, uzrasta pet do sedam godina. U istraživanju su primenjeni testovi "Gramatika mališana" (S. Vladisavljević) i test "Strip priča" (S. Vladisavljević). Rezultati dobijeni putem primene statističke analize podataka su pokazali da postoje razlike u nivou razvijenosti gramatičke strukture između dece sa govorno-jezičkim poremećajem i dece tipičnog razvoja. Razvoj gramatičkih sposobnosti je zabeležen u grupi dece sa poremećajem u jezičkom razvoju, kao i u grupi dece tipičnog razvoja, s tim što deca sa jezičkim poremećajem kasne u usvajanju pojedinih elemenata gramatičke strukture. Nisu zabeležene statistički značajne razlike u samom broju produkovanih rečenica između dece sa govorno-jezičkim poremećajem i dece tipičnog razvoja, ali je zabeležen veći broj agramatičnih rečenica kod dece sa govorno-jezičkim poremećajem. Ono što je deci sa govorno-jezičkim poremećajem predstavljalo veliki problem jeste upotreba rečenica u prošlom i budućem vremenu, pa su ona većinom produkovala rečenice u prezentu. Rečenice produkovane u prošlom ili budućem vremenu su kod ove dece često bile agramatične. Deca sa govorno-jezičkim poremećajem su takođe imala poteškoća prilikom upotrebe zamenica, predloga i priloga za razliku od dece tipičnog razvoja. Zabeležena je povezanost između skora postignutom na testu „Gramatika mališana“ i broja produkovanih rečenica na testu „Strip priča“. Ona deca koja su postigla viši skor na testu „Gramatika mališana“ su produkovala veći broj rečenica na testu „Strip priča“.

The aim of this study was to determine the level of grammatical difficulties in children with specific language impairment. The sample consisted of two groups, experimental and control group. The experimental group consisted of fifteen children aged between five and seven years who were diagnosed with specific language impairment. The control group also consisted of fifteen children aged between five and seven years. The tests used in this study were "Children's Grammar" (S. Vladisavljević) and "Comic Story" (S. Vladisavljević). Results, provided by statistical analysis, showed that there were differences between levels of grammatical abilities between children with specific language impairment and tipically developing children. Children with specific language impairment showed grammar development, but with delay in some grammatical aspects, compared to tipically developing children. The number of produced sentences was similar in both groups, but children with specific language impairment produced higher number of sentences with agrammatism. They usually produced sentences in present simple tense. They showed difficulties in producing sentences in past of future tense. When they tried to produce these types of sentences they were usually not grammatically correct. They also showed difficulties in using the right pronouns, prepositions and adverbs. Significant correlation was noted between the score in the test „Children‘s Grammar“ and the number of produced sentences in the test „Comic Story“. Those children who scored higher number on the test „Children‘s Grammar“ were able to produce higher number of sentences in the test „Comic Story“.
