The development path of children from pervasive spectrum differs significantly from the development path of children with typical development. Differences were observed in all five developmental areas: cognitive abilities, communication, fine and gross motor skills, social- emotional development and ability to care for themselves. The aim of this study was to evaluate the developmental skills of children from the pervasive spectrum, age 4.5 - 5 . The survey was carried out in Banja Luka, the Center for training, education and rehabilitation, communications and listening to speeches from March to June of 2018. The sample included 22 children aged 4.5 - 5 years, of both sexes. For the study used "Guide for the evaluation and development of the individual development programs for children from birth to three years", hereinafter Guide 0-3 (EDUS - Nirvana Pištoljević and Stanislava Majušević). The results showed that there are significant differences between the developmental skills expected for the age and developmental abilities during the assessment evaluated observed in children from the pervasive spectrum. Children are the most successful overcome skills in the field of large motor skills (66.27%), while the mastering capabilities worst performers were evaluated in the field of communications (28,91%). Bearing in mind the percentage evaluated the ability of each particular area of development, we can notice that in children in each field of development was observed in less than 50% of the anticipated ability of the instruments used. Excluded said coarse motor skills area, from which it is observed in children evaluated 66.27% capacity.sr
