Primena sociometrijskih tehnika u ispitivanju vršnjačkih odnosa dece i mladih s intelektualnom ometenošću

Abstract

Tешкоће у вршњачким односима су често присутне код деце и младих са интелектуалном ометеношћу. Jедан од начина да се ови односи испитају јесте социометрија. Циљ овог рада је да се увидом у доступну литературу представи примена различитих социометријских техника у испитивању вршњачких односа деце са интелектуалном ометеношћу. Прикупљање литературе у овом раду је било извршено приступом информацијама преко електронских база Google и Google Scholar. Затим је даља претрага била извршена на основу листе референци из радова који су пронађени на основу коришћења кључних речи. На основу датог прегледа истраживања може се уочити да се социометрија може примењивати у различитим образовним окружењима у којима се школују деца са интелектуалном ометеношћу као и за испитивање вршњачких односа ове деце на различитим узрастима. Најчешћи циљеви примене социометрије били су испитивање вршњачких односа између деце са интелектуалном ометеношћу и деце типичног развоја, док су у нешто мањем броју истраживања испитивани вршњачки односи унутар популације деце и младих са интелектуалном ометеношћу. Истраживањем су сугерисана извесна прилагођавања када су информанти била деца и млади с интелектуалном ометеношћу: претходна провера разумевања понуђених одговора на социометријском упитнику, индивидуални приступ током реализације истраживања, помоћ у читању и попуњавању социометријских инструмената, као и додатно време прикупљања података. Приликом примене социометрије, било у истраживањима било у пракси, поред одабира одговарајуће технике и социометријског критеријума, потребно је уважити поменута прилагођавања како би се добили валидни резултати процене вршњачких односа деце и младих са интелектуалном ометеношћу.

Peer difficulties are often present in children and young people with intellectual disabilities. One way to examine these relationships is sociometry. The aim of this research is to present the application of various sociometric techniques in the examination of peer relations of children with intellectual disabilities by reviewing the available literature. The collection of literature in this research was done by accessing information through electronic databases Google and Google Scholar. The further colleting of information was performed based on a list of references from similar researches found based on the use of keywords. Based on the given review of the research process, it can be noticed that sociometry can be applied in different educational environments which in the children with intellectual disabilities are educated, as well as for examining the peer relations of these children at different ages. The most common goals of sociometry were to examine peer relationships between children with intellectual disabilities and children of typical development, while a somewhat smaller number of studies examined peer relationships within the population of children and youth with intellectual disabilities. The research suggested certain adjustments when the informants were children and young people with intellectual disabilities: previous check of understanding the offered answers on the sociometric questionnaire, individual approach during the research, help in reading and filling in sociometric instruments as well as additional time. When applying sociometry, either in research or in practice, in addition to selecting the appropriate technique and sociometric criteria, it is necessary to take into account the mentioned adjustments in order to obtain valid results of assessment of peer relationships of children and youth with intellectual disabilities..
