dc.description.abstract | Cilj istraživanja je bio da se utvrde fonološke sposobnosti, obrazac i priroda poremećaja u fonološkom razvoju dece sa specifičnim jezičkim poremećajem. Interesovanje za decu sa specifičnim jezičkim poremećajem proističe iz činjenica da u našem klasifikacionom dijagnostičkom sistemu ne postoje „fonološki poremećaji“ kao izolovana dijagnostička kategorija, već se svako dete koje ima uredne čulne, motoričke funkcije i prosečna intelektualna postignuća a „zaostaje“ u govorno-jezičkom razvoju, dete koje je kasnije progovorilo, potom nepravilno izgovara ili uopšte ne izgovara veliki broj glasova, svrstava u kategoriju jezičkog poremećaja „disfazija“. Sa druge strane se dete sa naizgled samo nepravilnim izgovorom nekoliko glasova svrstava u dijagnostičku kategoriju govornih poremećaja „dislalija“. Stoga je u radu dat pregled pristupa definisanju i razmatranju razvoja fonološke sposobnosti u cilju determinisanja i razumevanja prirode razvojnog fonološkog poremećaja... | sr |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to determine phonological skills, pattern and nature of phonological development disorders in children with specific language impairment. The interest in children with specific language impairment stems from the fact that our diagnostic classification system does not recognize "phonological disorders" as a separate diagnostic category, but classifies every child, having clear sensory, motor functions, and average intellectual achievement, yet "lagging" in speech and language development, or a child who started talking later than expected, then incorrectly pronounces or does not pronounce at all a large number of sounds, in the "dysphasia" category of language disorders. On the other hand, a child with apparently only irregular pronunciation of a few sounds is classified in the diagnostic category of speech disorders called "dyslalia".
