The paper treats new conceptual frame of education and rehabilitation the children with intellectual disabilities from theoretical point of view. The aspect of treated problems are methodological consideration of diagnostic, education and rehabilitation in this scientific area. The paper also point out the possibility of the prevention and the treatment of 'burnout syndrome'.
U radu je tretiran i obrađen sa teorijskog aspekta problem nove konceptualizacije obrazovanja i tretmana dece sa smetnjama intelektualnog razvoja. Zastupljeni su stavovi o novim metodskim pristupima definisanju dijagnostike, edukacije i rehabilitacije u ovoj oblasti kao i mogućnosti pojave savremenih problema u radu sa ovom populacijom u vidu profesionalnih problema kao što je sindrom profesionalnog sagorevanja.
