dc.description.abstractCilj ovog istraživanja je utvrđivanje mogućnosti osoba sa intelektualnom ometenošću (IO) da, kroz učešće u fokus grupi, samostalno izaberu teme za diskusiju, definišu sopstvene ciljeve i odaberu potrebne strategije kako bi izabrane ciljeve ostvarili. Uzorkom je obuhvaćeno 5 ispitanika sa lakom i umerenom IO, kalendarskog uzra- sta od 42 do 52 godine (AS=46,20, SD=4,03), koji su učestvovali u radu fokus grupe prilagođene za primenu kod osoba sa IO. Utvrđeno je da su svi ispitanici razumeli i uspešno primenili pravila veza- na za učestvovanje u radu fokus grupe. Pored izbora tema i određivanja ciljeva, ispitanici su opisali potencijalne rizike za njihovo ostvarivanje, kao i strategije kojima se navedene teškoće mogu umanjiti.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this research is to establish capability of persons with intellectual disability (ID) to independently choose the topic of discussion, define their own goals and select the strategies needed to attain these goals, by participating in a focus group. The sample comprised 5 participants with mild and moderate ID, whose calendar age was 42 to 52 years (AS=46.20, SD=4.03), and who participated in the work of the focus group adapted for use with persons with ID. It was determined that all the participants understood and successfully applied the rules of participation in the work of the focus group. In addition to describing the topic selection and the goal designation, the participants also described potential risks for the accomplishment of these goals, as well as strategies for diminishing aforementioned difficulties.
