dc.description.abstract | U radu je razmatran značaj obuke nastavnika i korisnika sa oštećenjem vida za korišćenje tiflotehničkih sredstava. Istaknuto je da uz pomoć ovih sredstava osobe sa oštećenjem vida mogu da postignu najoptimalniji nivo funkcionisanja, sagle- dan kroz autonomiju, samostalnost u orijentaciji i kretanju i izvođenju svakodnevnih aktivnosti, kvalitet života i socijalnu integraciju. Proces obuke nastavnika i osoba sa oštećenjem vida je često situaciono uslovljen, nije metodički zasnovan, nema ne- ophodnu podršku relevantnih institucija, a samim tim ni orga- nizacionu, materijalnu, obrazovnu i tehničku bazu. | |
dc.description.abstract | This paper analyzes the importance of training teachers and users with visual impairments to use visual aids. It points out that, with these aids, people with visual impairments can achieve the optimal level of functioning with regard to their autonomy, independence in orientation and mobility and other activities, quality of life, and social integration. Training process of teachers and persons with visual impairments often depends on situations, it is not methodologically based, it is not supported by relevant institutions and thus lacks organizational, material, educational, and technical basis. | |
