Abstract
In this article basic postulate of Lykken's theory of crime was analyzed just as an empirical proves for this consideration of crime. This conception of crime has not been already presented in our literature, but recently we could find it only partly, as Fowles-Gray's theory of poor behavior-inhibitory system, even without mentioning of original conception and its author. Both genetic and socialization relevant factors that influence in forming psychopathic pattern of personality that is psychologically prone to crime, was taking into the account. The author emphasizes the importance of family and the competent parental skills for the serious increasing of crime in the world. Broken family are very hard risk factor and parenting is so important task in life but some individuals are not able to fulfill that demand so they produce and reproduce generations of antisocial persons. That's the reason why Lykken's suggests that education and licensing parents is necessary for the reduction of... crime. .
