Modern technology and workplace accommodation of the hearing impaired persons

Savremena tehnologija i akomodacija radnog mesta za osobe oštećenog sluha

Abstract
The process of the employment of the persons with hearing impairment necessary need the working out program of active and social accommodation, because the accommodation can provide to receive, to keep and to well carry out a job. Legal acts and politics of a country must not discriminate the persons with hearing impairment in employment. The States programs ought to develop the series measures and activities which supporting them by informing, finding job and employing. Modern Technology which alleviate workplace accommodation of the person with hearing impairment plug in systems of informing and warning on workplace, workplace accommodation in 'face to face' communication and workplace accommodation in group communication. Successful workplace accommodation is developmental, lasting process, which always could be improved. Work people with hearing impairment are not static in their work life and workplace accommodation is not finished once forever, so, during the time accommodation r...equire some change or supplement.

Prilikom zapošljavanja osoba oštećenog sluha neophodno je razraditi program radne i socijalne akomodacije, jer im ona omogućava da dobiju, zadrže i dobro obavljaju posao. Zakoni i politika jedne zemlje ne smeju da diskriminišu osobe oštećenog sluha u zapošljavanju. Državni programi treba da sadrže niz mera i aktivnosti koje ih podržavaju u informisanju, pronalaženju posla i zapošljavanju. Savremena tehnologija koja olakšava akomodaciju radnog mesta za osobe oštećenog sluha, uključuje sisteme obaveštenja i upozorenja na radnom mestu, akomodaciju radnog mesta u komunikaciji 'jedan na jedan' i akomodaciju radnog mesta u grupnoj komunikaciji. Uspešna akomodacija radnog mesta je razvojni proces koji traje i koji se uvek može unapređivati. Osobe oštećenog sluha ne ostaju statični u toku svog radnog veka, tako da ne postoji akomodacija koja je zauvek završena i koja vremenom ne bi zahtevala neku promenu, izmenu ili dopunu.
