abstract = "Pod jezikom se podrazumeva složeni sistem kodova koji označavaju pred- mete, simbole, radnje ili odnose koji nose funkciju kodiranja, prenosa in- formacije i njenog uvođenja u različite sisteme, dok reč predstavlja osnovno sredstvo kodiranja i prenošenja iskustva.
objects, symbols, actions or relationships that carry the coding function,
the transfer of information and its implementation in a variety of systems,
and the word is the primary means of coding and transmission experience.
It was, therefore, an abstract system and its concrete realization of speech.
In children with developmental language disorders occurring interference
in terms of understanding and use of language and expression to varying
degrees in one or all areas of phonology, semantics, syntax and pragmatics.
Suspension or delay in the development of linguistic structure can be an
indicator of dysfunction of specific brain areas. These data highlight the
importance of testing language functions in relation to the functioning of
the central nervous system. With that in mind, the purpose of this paper is
to examine selected speech and language in children with developmental
dysphasia and altered EEG. The main objective of this study was to determine
the level of development of speech and language in children with altered
EEG findings, but to examine the relationship of the results between the
sexes. The sample consisted of 15 children with abnormal EEG findings,
and 15 children with normal EEGs.
The survey used the following measuring instruments: the global
articulation test, Test Verbal Learning Test for assessing the first level of
abstraction of nouns. All data were analyzed and presented graphically.
The results indicated that children with normal EEGs had better
achievements in almost all tests, but the experimental group clinical harder
