Rani intervencijski program: Denverski model sa ranim početkom u tretmanu dece s poremećajem iz spektra autizma

Abstract

Denverski model sa ranim početkom predstavlja ranu, naturalističku razvojno-bihevioralnu intervenciju, zasnovanu na dokazima. Ova intervencija podrazumeva primenu bihevioralnih tehnika tokom nestrukturisanih aktivnosti, sa ciljem podsticanja socijalne uključenosti i socijalnih interakcija deteta sa poremećajem iz spektra autizma, kroz koje se stvaraju mogućnosti za dalje učenje i napredovanje. Koristi se tokom perioda ranog tretmana kod dece sa poremećajem iz spektra autizma, uzrasta od 12 do 60 meseci. Cilj ovog rada je da se prikaže primena i uspešnost Denverskog modela sa ranim početkom u radu sa decom sa poremećajem iz spektra autizma. Relevantna literatura pronađena je pretraživanjem elektronskih baza podataka, dostupnih preko Konzorcijuma biblioteke Srbije za objedinjenu nabavku i preko baze Google Scholar. Izdvojena su istraživanja objavljena u poslednih pet godina. Ova intervencija pokazala se kao uspešna u pogledu razvojnih ishoda dece sa poremećajem iz spektra autizma u socio-komunikacionom, adaptivnom, kognitivnom, motoričkom i govornom razvoju. Takođe, prikazanim istraživanjima upućuje se na široku primenljivost Denverskog modela sa ranim početkom, s obzirom na mogućnost njegove primene različitim intenzitetom, u različitim kontekstima i sa različitim akterima koji učestvuju u njemu. Imajući u vidu prednosti ove intervencije, preporučuje se da se u budućnosti sprovedu istraživanja kojima bi se ispitala njena uspešnost i u našoj sredini.

Early Start Denver Model represents an early, naturalistic, evidencebased developmental-behavioral intervention. Tis intervention involves the application of behavioral techniques during unstructured activities, with the aim of encouraging social inclusion and social interactions of a child with an autism spectrum disorder, through which opportunities for further learning and progress are created. It is used during the early treatment period in children with autism spectrum disorder, aged 12 to 60 months. Te aim of this paper is to show the application and success of Early Start Denver Model in working with children with autism spectrum disorder. Relevant literature was found by searching electronic databases, available through Te Consortium of Libraries of Serbia for Unifed Procurement and through the Google Scholar database. Research published in the last fve years have been isolated. Tis intervention has been shown to be successful in terms of developmental outcomes of children with autism spectrum disorder in socio-communicative, adaptive, cognitive, motor and speech development. Likewise, the presented research points to the wide applicability of the Early Start Denver Model, considering the possibility of its application with different intensity, in different contexts and with different participants partaking in it. Bearing in mind the advantages of this intervention, it is recommended that in the future, research should be carried out to examine its effectiveness in our environment as well.
