Specifičnosti auditivnog ponašanja kod dece sa poremećajem iz spektra autizma

Abstract

Аудитивно понашање кроз све своје аспекте има развојне фазе и миљоказе. Ово истраживање спроведено је у циљу утврђивања које су специфичности аудитивног понашања код деце са Поремећајем из спектра аутизма (ПСА). У истраживању су учествовала деца (N=30) са различитим степеном ПСА, женског и мушког пола, различитог хронолошког узраста, и различитим моделом комуникације. Истраживање је спроведено у сарадњи са родитељима који су попунили упитник о аудитивном понашању њихове деце, док су стручњаци (дефектолог и логопед) попуњавали скалу процене за ПСА. Резултати су показали значајне специфичности у свим аспектима аудитивног понашања код деце са ПСА, а поготову у аспекту локализације, аудитивне пажње, рецептивног и експресивног говора. У овом раду продискутоване су теоријске и практичне могућности имплементације пронађених резултата у рад са децом са ПСА.

Auditory behavior in all its aspects has developmental stages and milestones. This research was conducted in order to determine the specifics of auditory behavior in children with Autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Children (N=30) with different degrees of ASD, both male and female, of different chronological ages, and different communication models participated in the research. The research was conducted in cooperation with parents who filled out a questionnaire about their children's auditory behavior, while experts (a speech pathologist and a speech therapist) filled out the assessment scale for ASD. The results showed significant specificities in all aspects of auditory behavior in children with ASD, especially in the aspect of localization, auditory attention, receptive and expressive speech. In this paper, the theoretical and practical possibilities of implementing the found results in working with children with ASD were discussed.
