dc.description.abstract | Autistic symptoms are usually present in early childhood, although, in some cases they may not be fully manifested until much later. Recognition of the early signs of autism is a necessary prerequisite for early intervention programs, which should promote positive outcomes for children with autism spectrum disorders. The purpose of this article is to present evidence-based programs and intervention strategies. According to the research results the most promising intervention models are behaviuoral programs, applied as focused intervention practices or included in comprehensive treatment models. dc.description.abstract | Simptomi autizma obično se javljaju u ranom detinjstvu iako se u nekim slučajevima ispoljavaju znatno kasnije. Prepoznavanje ranih znakova autizma je neophodan preduslov za organizovanje programa rane intervencije čija bi realizacija trebalo da omogući pozitivan ishod za decu sa poremećajima autističkog spektra. Cilj ovog rada je prezentovanje onih programa i strategija intervencije koji su zasnovani na dokazima. Na osnovu rezultata do sada sprovedenih istraživanja najveći uspeh omogućavaju bihejvioralni programi, bilo da su primenjeni u obliku tzv. fokusiranih intervencija, bilo da su uklopljeni u sveobuhvatne modele tretmana. Razvojne intervencije, iako podsticajne, još uvek nemaju dovoljnu empirijsku podršku. | sr |
