Regular physical activity and physical fitness is especially important to maintain health and well-being of people of all ages. Research clearly shows that almost all individuals, including those with disabilities, have better health if they have regular physical activity. In many studies that examined estimates of the level of physical activity among young people with disabilities, deaf or hearing impaired people have the highest level of physical activity in relation to other people with disabilities. This is primarily because they attended schools for deaf children and young people where the school provided extracurricular physical activity program as well. Students who attend high school for deaf children maintain this level of activity through schooling which is held at multiple levels. In order to achieve physical health that is posed as the main objective of the action in a nation, there is still the need to improve levels of physical activity for all children including deaf persons who reside outside the school system of active physical education and competitive sports programs and competitions. Promoting different ways of life, physical activity and opportunities, including the acceptance of the concept of "active life", a modern way of life that integrates physical activity into daily routines, this way of life should become primary objective of health. Paper studies and compares the results achieved for deaf high school students in New Serbia with deaf children of the same age in the United States.en
