Disfunkcija vestibularnog sistema kod gluve i nagluve dece : sistematski pregled literature

Abstract

Чуло слуха и вестибуларни апарат уско су повезани. Многа обољења која захватају вестибуларни систем, утичу и на чуло слуха. Сензорна интеграција представља несвесни процес здруживања надражаја различитих чулних модалитета и формирања јединственог перцептивног доживљаја у циљу организовања сензација из сопсвеног тела и средине, као и сврсисходног одговора на примљене информције. Вестибуларни систем има велику улогу када су у питању координација покрета. Информације које добијамо о положају тела не долазе само из вестибуларног система, већ и из визуелног, као и из површинског и дубоког сензибилитета. Сви ови подаци су неопходни како би се добила целокупна слика о стању равнотеже. Циљ овог истраживања је да се прегледом литературе издвоје и анализирају студије у којима су изучаване специфичности вестибуларног система код деце са оштећењем слуха, као и корелација између нарушене функције вестибуларног система и чула слуха код деце са оштећењем слуха. Подаци за ово истраживање прикупљани су претраживањем база и платформи, Oxford Academic, Google, Google Scholar, Google Academic, ResearchGate, као и коришћењем података из радова са међународних и националних научних и стручних конференција и скупова. Теоријском анализом радова који су у корелацији са темом нашег рада дошли смо до закључка да је способност равнотеже нарушена код деце са оштећењем слуха. Такође смо уочили да деца са оштећењем слуха упркос узроку оштећења, првенствено користе визуелне и соматосензорне информације да би одржала постуралну контролу. Приметили смо и да су вестибуларна оштећења најчешћи пратилац дубоке сензоринеуралне глувоће.

The sense of hearing and the vestibular apparatus are closely connected. Many diseases that affect vestibular system, also affect the sense of hearing. Sensory integration represents the unconscious process of combining stimuli of different sensory modalities and forming a unique perceptual experience in order to organize sensations from one's own body and environment, as well as a purposeful response to the information received. The vestibular system has a large role when it comes to coordination of movements. The information we get about body position does not come from the vestibular system only, but also from the visual as well as from the superficial and deep sensibility. All this data is necessary to get the whole picture on the state of equilibrium. The aim of this research is to review the literature and to highlight and analyze studies in which the specifics of the vestibular system have been studied in children with hearing impairment, as well as the correlation between impaired vestibular system function and hearing sense in children with hearing impairment. Data for this study were collected by searching databases and platforms, such as Oxford Academic, Google, Google Scholar, Google Academic, ResearchGate, as well as using data from papers from international and national scientific and professional conferences and gatherings. Theoretically analyzing the works that are in correlation with the topic of our work, we came to the conclusion that the ability to balance is impaired in children with hearing impairment. We also noticed that children with hearing impairment despite the cause of the impairment, primarily use visual and somatosensory information to maintain postural control. We also noticed that vestibular damage is the most common companion of deep sensorineural deafness.
