Favorable attitudes of teachers are crucial for the successful inclusion of students with intellectual disabilities in physical education. The aim of our research is to determine the attitudes of teachers and special educators towards the inclusion of students with intellectual disabilities in regular physical education classes, as well as to determine the differences in attitudes between these two groups of respondents. The Attitude Toward Inclusive Physical Educatio (Hutzler et al., 2005) was used to assess the attitudes of teachers and special educators. The sample included 112 respondents, 56 teachers and 56 special educators, both sexes, aged 25 to 65, with or without previous experience in working with people with intellectual disabilities. The research was conducted through digital means of communication, which was the most adequate way of conducting the research due to the Kovid-19 pandemic and the measures present. By analyzing the results, we come to the conclusion that the g...eneral attitudes of teachers and special educators are moderately positive. There are statistically significant differences between the attitudes of teachers and special educators in 11 of the 15 items in favor of special educators. The paper presents the results of research, limitations and recommendations to future researchers. Based on detailed analyzes of the results of this research, we came to the conclusion that teachers and special educators have moderately positive attitudes towards the inclusion of students with intellectual disability in regular physical education classes. By analyzing individual items and their results, we came to the conclusion that special educators (47,00 ± 6,41) have positive items from teachers (41,04 ± 8,27) on all applied items.
