Zapošljavanje kao faktor uspešne reintegracije bivših osuđenih osoba

Abstract

Испитивање ставова јавности према бившим осуђеним особама је важна тема јер се на примеру ставова према осуђенима огледа и став друштвене заједнице према криминалу, затвору, сврси постојања институција које су оквир извршења казне, према генералном концепту шта се жели постићи казном и шта касније очекујемо од особе која је кажњена. Предмет истраживања јесу проблеми запошљавања бивших осуђених проистеклих из ставова који одражавају неспремност послодаваца да их запосле. Циљ истраживања је анализа ставова и фактора који послодавци узимају у обзир приликом запошљавања бивших осуђених особа. Истраживање је спроведено у јуну 2018. године у Београду. Узорком је обухваћено 150 испитаника, али је, услед осипања због невалидности 14 упитника, у статистичу обраду укључено 136 испитаника. Испитаници су послодавци мањих и већих предузећа, која се баве различитим делатностима. Подаци су прикупљени методом анкетирања, применом инструмента Скала ставова према осуђеним и бившим осуђеним (The Scale for Attitudes Toward Prisoners and Ex-prisoners). Резултати истраживања: Постоје разлике у ставовима ипитаника у односу на пол, старост, посао којим се баве, на то да ли се баве послом за који су се школовали и у односу на постојање сродника који је био осуђен на казну затвора. Резултати показују да жене, млађе особе, особе које се баве послом у струци и које немају осуђеног сродника имају позитивније ставове. Са друге стране, постоји видљива потреба за едукацијом оних са негативним ставовима, а то се односи на старију популацију, особе које не раде посао у струци и које имају члана породице који је био у затвору.

The examination of public attitudes towards ex-offenders is an important issuse because, in the case of attitudes toward convicted persons, the attitude of the community towards cime, prison, according to the purpose of the existence of institutions that are the frame of execution of punishment, is reflected in the general concept of what is meant to be punished and what is expected from us later the one who is punished. The subject of research is the problems of recruiting ex-offenders form attitudes that reflect the employers' unwillingness to employ them. The aim of the research is to analyze the attitudes and factors that employers tako into account when recruiting former convicts. The survey was conducted in June 2018 in Belgrad. The sample covered 150 respondents, bud 136 respondents were included in statistical processing due to the invalidity of 14 questionaires. Respondents are employers of small and large enterprises, who are engaged in a variety of activities. The data were collected by the survey method, using The Scale for Attitudes Toward Prisoners and Ex-prisoners. Results of the research: There are differences in the attitude of the respondents in terms of gender, age, job, are they engaged in the work they were educated and in relation to the existence of a member of the family who was in prison. The results show that women, youn people, people who work in the profession and who do not have a member of the family who was in prison have more positive attitudes. On the other side, there is a visible need for the education of those wiht negative attitudes, which refers to the old population, people who do not work in the profession and who have a famly member who was in prison.
