Stavovi romskih učenika koji pohađaju škole za učenike sa smetnjama u razvoju prema vršnjacima sa ometenošću

Abstract

У овом истраживању испитивана је разлика између ставова ромских ченика (РУ) који похађају школе за децу са сметњама у развоју, ученика типичног развоја и ученика са лаком интелектуалном ометеношћу (ЛИО) у погледу ставова према вршњацима са различитим врстама ометености. Узорак је чинило 240 ученика основних школа, оба пола, који похађају седми разред. Од укупног броја њих 80 су ромски ученици (који похађају школе за децу са сметњама у развоју), 80 ученика је типичног развоја (који похађају редовне школе), а 80 има лаку интелектуалну ометеност (који похађају школе за децу са сметњама у развоју). Инструмент коришћен у истраживању је Скала за процену ставова према вршњацима са ометеношћу (Peer Attitudes Toward the Handicapped Scale – PATHS, (Bagley and Greene, 1981). Резултати су показали да постоји статистички значајна разлика између ставова ромских ученика према вршњацима у односу на тип ометености, најпозитивнији су према вршњацима са физичком ометеношћу, а најнегативнији су према вршњацима са проблемима у понашању.

This study is about difference between Roma children who attend schools for children with disabilities, children without disabilities and children with mild intellectual disability regarding their attitudes towards peers with disabilities. The sample consists of 240 students of both sexes who are in 7th grade. Total sample includes 80 Roma students (who attend schools for children with disabilities), 80 students without disabilities (who attend mainstream schools) and 80 students with mild intellectual disability (who attend schools for children with disabilities). The instrument used in this research is the Peer Attitudes Toward the Handicapped Scale – PATHS (Bagley and Greene, 1981). It was found that there is statistically significant difference between attitudes of Roma children regarding the type of disability, the most positive attitudes are toward peers with physical disability and the most negative toward peers with behavioural problems.
