dc.description.abstractCelokupna politika zapošljavanja osoba s posebnim potrebama treba da se bazira na humanim razvojnim strategijama što podrazumeva kreiranje inkluzivne radne sredine i akomodaciju radnog mesta. Rukovođenje oštećenjem na radnom mestu je proces osmišljen tako da unapredi i olakša zapošljavanje ovih osoba u skladu sa njihovim individualnim potrebama, radnom sredinom, potrebama preduzeća i zakonskim obavezama. To je put koji omogućava socijalnu i radnu (re)integraciju osoba s posebnim potrebama.sr
dc.description.abstractThe overall employment policy persons with special needs is based on the human resources development strategies which purport creative inclusive work environment and accommodation of workplace. Managing didability in the workplace is a process designed to facilitate the employment of persons with a disability through a coordinated effort and taking into account their individual needs, work environment,enterprise needs and legal responsibilities. This is the way of social and vocational (re) integration of persons with special needs.sr
