dc.description.abstractPostojeći koncept zanimanja i radnih mesta je veoma sužen za osobe sa posebnim potrebama, pa je zato pravilan izbor i akomodacija radnih mesta jedan od ključnih faktora u povećanju broja poslova i zanimanja za ove osobe. Svetska iskustva pokazuju da 80% osoba sa posebnim po- trebama nakon što su se uspešno osposobile, mogu raditi u otvorenoj privredi (kompetitivno zapošljavanje) što je cilj savremene profesi- onalne rehabilitacije. Međutim, mnoga zanimanja se proglašavaju ne- adekvatnim za populaciju osoba sa oštećenjem vida, a da se prethodno nije proverilo da li se neko zanimanje ili posao mogu osvojiti uz izvesnu preorijentaciju u procesu radnog osposobljavanja, potrebnog prilagođa- vanja radne sredine, ili akomodacijom radnog mesta. U radu je dat prikaz planiranja i kreiranja procesa akomodacije rad- nog mesta za osobe sa oštećenjem vida, zakonske osnove, principi, pra- vila realizacije procesa, praksa i troškovi, sa ciljem da se uspostavi harmonija između radnika sa oštećenjem vida, radne sredine i sredsta- va za rad.sr
dc.description.abstractThe existing concept of professions and workplaces for visually impaired persons is very limitted. Therefore, the proper choice and accomodation of workplaces is one of the key factors in the increase of the number of jobs and professions for these persons. World experiences show that 80% of the persons with special needs, after having been edicated successfully, can work in the open labour market (competitive employment), which is the aim of modern professional rehabilitation. However, many professions are announced inadequate for visually impaired persons, wihout first verifying whether a profession or a job can be performed with certain reorientation in the process of vocational training, necessary adjustments of the environment or the accomodation of the workplace. This work shows the planning and creating of the accomodation process for visually impaired persons, with legislative grounds, principles and rules of the realization of the process, with the aim of establishing harmony between visually impaired workers, work environment and the means for work.sr
