Poznavanje asistivne tehnologije i primena u radu sa osobama sa smetnjama i poremećajima u razvoju

Abstract

Асистивна технологија (АТ) представља спектар помоћних уређаја који су посебно дизајнирани да побољшају функционисање особа са сметњама и поремећајима у развоју у резличитим сферама живота. С обзиром на значај и добробити примене АТ, као и на многобројност и разноврсност средстава, у овом истраживању биће испитана знања и примена АТ код свих стручњака који раде са особама са сметњама и поремећајима у развоју. Циљ овог истраживања је да утврди елементе познавања АТ и примене у раду са особама са сметњама и поремећајима у развоју, код запослених у установама за едукацију и рехабилитацију деце са сметњама и поремећајима у развоју. Узорак је чинило 106 дефектолога и осталих стручњака који раде са особама са сметњама и поремећајима у развоју. За прикупљање података коришћен је упитник конструисан за потребе овог истраживања, који су испитаници попуњавали онлајн. На основу добијених резултата закључено је да не постоји статистички значајан однос између пола, старости и година радног искуства и познавања и коришћења АТ, као и да постоје разлике засноване на нивоу образовања, позицији на послу и познавању и коришћењу АТ.

Assistive Technology (AT) is a spectrum of assistive devices specifically designed to improve the functioning of people with developmental disabilities and disordes in diverse fields of life. Considering the importance and benefits of using AT, as well as the multiplicity and variety of resources, this research will examine the knowledge and application of AT in all professionals who work with people with developmental disabilities and disorders. The aim of this research is to identify the elements of knowledge of AT and its application in the work with persons with developmental disabilities and disorders, among employees in institutions for the education and rehabilitation of children with developmental disabilities and disorders. The sample consists of 106 defectologists and other experts who work with persons with developmental disabilities and disorders. A questionnaire constructed for the purposes of this research was used to collect the data, which was completed online by the respondents. Based on the results obtained, it was concluded that there is no statistically significant relationship between gender, age and years of work experience and knowledge and use of AT, and that there are differences based on educational level, position at work, and knowledge and use of AT.
