Zadovoljstvo roditelja dece sa oštećenjem vida i dece sa oštećenjem sluha uslugama rane intervencije

Abstract

Различите интеракције и утицаји који долазе из социјалне средине умногоме утичу на развој детета. Велики број истраживача наглашава рану интервенцију као програм подршке који је неопходан како би се детету са сметњом у развоју омогућио оптималан развој. Развој детета са оштећењем вида или оштећењем слуха тече по истим законитостима као развој детета типичног развоја, али неке функције и вештине, уколико изостане рана стимулација, могу бити недовољно развијене. Процес опсервације и процене детета започиње при првом доласку у сервис ране интервенције. Након извршене процене и одлуке о укључењу у програм, са родитељима се прави даљи план који се односи на постављање циљева, будуће активности и подршку породици и детету. „Породица у центру“ је модел рада и филозофија која укључује родитеље као активне учеснике у раду са дететом. Равноправан однос родитеља и стручњака као и ангажовање родитеља у раду са дететом подиже њихово самопоуздање, повећава компетенције и подстиче позитиван модел родитељства. Циљ нашег истраживања био је испитати задовољство родитеља деце са оштећењем вида и деце са оштећењем слуха услугама ране интервенције употребом прилагођеног Упитника. Области које су садржане у Упитнику односе се на социодемографске податке, однос са стручњацима, самоефикасност родитеља и унапређење праксе ране интервенције у Србији. У истраживању су учествовала 44 родитеља деце са оштећењем вида и деце са оштећењем слуха укључених у програм ране интервенције из различитих градова Србије. Добијени резултати указују на висок степен задовољства родитеља деце са оштећењем вида и деце са оштећењем слуха, али и на неопходност унапређења ране интервенције у нашој земљи. Степен оштећења и ниво образовања родитеља показали су се као веома значајни у Односу са стручњацима и самоефикасности родитеља.

The various interactions and influences that come from the social environment greatly influence the child's development. A large number of researchers emphasize early intervention as a support program that is necessary to enable optimal development of a child with a developmental disability. The development of a child with visual impairment or hearing impairment follows the same laws as the development of a child of typical development rules, but some functions and skills, if early stimulation is lacking, may be underdeveloped. The process of observation and assessment of the child begins since the first visit to the early intervention service. After the assessment and the decision to join the program, a further plan is made with the parents regarding the setting of goals, future activities and support for the family and the child. "Family at the center" is a working model and philosophy that includes parents as active participants in working with the child. Balanced relationship between parents and experts and the involvement of parents in working with the child raises their self-confidence, increases competencies and encourages a positive parenting model. The aim of our study was to examine the satisfaction of parents of children with visual impairment and children with hearing impairment with early intervention services using a customized Questionnaire. The areas contained in the Questionnaire relate to sociodemographic data, the relationship with experts, parental self-efficacy and the improvement of early intervention practices in Serbia. The research involved 44 parents of children with visual impairments and children with hearing impairments included in the early intervention program from different cities in Serbia. The obtained results indicate a high degree of satisfaction of parents of children with visual impairment and children with hearing impairment, but also the need to improve early intervention in our country. The degree of impairment as well as the level of education of the parents had the significant impact on the subtests Relationship with Professionals and Self- Efficiency.
