Inclusion is a model of the educational system aimed to support and respect different needs and abilities of children. The aim of inclusion is to change school and to provide opportunities for all children to be included in the process of quality education without any form of discrimination. Education of the children with impaired vision can be ensured in: main stream school; main stream classes with periods in resource classrooms; special classes in main stream school; schools for children with impaired vision. In our country, visual impaired children are mostly educated in special school for blind and low vision children. In those schools, maximal support of professional team work is enabled, as well as appropriate educational programs, developed according to individual children needs. Children with impaired vision are well integrated and accepted in this environment. According to the data of Blind Union of Serbia, certain number of children with impaired vision are educated in main stream schools in Serbia. Great number of blind and low vision children are attending special classes in high medical School “Beograd”, in Belgrade. In this paper we will present some type of support provided to the children with impaired vision who are included in main stream high school system, and difficulties in practice of their teachers.sr
