Konfrontaciono imenovanje kod dece sa specifičnim jezičkim poremećajem i nespecifičnim promenama elektroencefalografskih aktivnosti

Abstract

Deca sa specifičnim jezičkim poremećajem (SJP) ispoljavaju značajne deficite leksičko-semantičkih sposobnosti. Pored toga, podaci iz novije literature ukazuju na značajan uticaj riziko faktora cerebralne disfunkcije na razvoj lek- sičkih sposobnosti kod dece sa SJP. Cilj ovog rada je bio da se ispita uticaj nespecifičnih encefalografskih pro- mena na sposobnost konfrontacionog imenovanja kod dece sa SJP. Metodologija. Uzorak je činilo 18 ispitanika uzrasta od pet do osam godina koji su podeljeni u dve grupe. Prvu grupu činilo je devetoro dece sa dijagnostikovanim specifičnim jezičkim poremećajem i nespecifično izmenjenim EEG nalazom, dok je drugu grupu činilo devetoro dece sa dijagnostikovanim specifičnim jezičkim poremećajem i urednim EEG nalazom. U istraživanju je korišćena je srpska adaptacija Bostonskog testa imenovanja. Rezultati su pokazali da se deca sa SJP i izmenjenim EEG nalazom ne razlikuju značajno od dece sa SJP i urednim EEG nalazom prema broju tačnih odgovora na Bostonskom testu imenovanja. Međutim, rezultati su pokazali da deca sa SJP i izmenjenim EEG nalazom produkuju značajno više grešaka asemantičkog i fo- nološkog tipa. Ovakvi podaci pokazuju da izmenjen EEG nalaz utiče na težinu leksičko-semantičkog deficita, kao i na sposobnost fonološkog procesiranja prilikom imenovanja pojmova kod dece sa SJP.

Children with Specific Language Impairment (SLI) have significant deficits of lexical abilities. In addition, data from recent literature indicate a significant impact of the cerebral dysfunction risk factors on the development of lexical abilities in children with SLI. The aim of this paper was to examine the effect of nonspecific encephalographic changes on the ability of confrontational naming in children with SLI. Methodology. The sample consisted of 18 children, aged from five to eight years, who were divided into two groups. The first group consisted of nine children diagnosed with SLI and a nonspecific altered EEG, while the second group consisted of nine children diagnosed with SLI and regular EEG finding. The Serbian adaptation of the Boston Naming Test (Kaplan at al., 1983; Vuković, 2015) was used for evaluation of confrontation naming. The results showed that children with SLI and altered EEG do not differ significantly from children with SLI and regular EEG findings according to the number of correct answers on a Boston Naming Test. However, the results showed that children with SLI and altered EEG produce significantly more semantically unrelated and phonological errors. This data shows that nonspecific altered EEG affects the severity of the lexical-semantic deficit, as well as the ability of phonological processing during confrontation naming in children with SLI.
