AB  - Aims: The scientific study deals with the problem of bilingualism in the population of the children with mild
intellectual disabilities on educational treatment. The study is based upon Lajos Genc and Tove Skutnab Kangas
theory of bilingualism. We try to assess the differences between reading and writing in different categories of
bilingual children with intellectual disabilities, such general school achievement in monolingual and bilingual
children.
Methodology: The research included the 124 children with mild intellectual disabilities, who are attending primary
schools in Belgrade, Serbia. The research was done by trained experts in special education and psychologists who
used clinical, development scales of writing and reading of the neuropsychological battery Luria-Nebrasca for
children.
Results: The results of the research point up to the conclusion about the existence of significant relationship between
balanced bilingualism and reading and also the relationship between dominant bilingualism and writing in the
population of children with intellectual disabilities.
Conclusions: The study points up to the significance of application of rehabilitation procedures upon the standard
school treatment of this population of children.

AB  - U okviru savremenog obrazovnog sistema na Univerzitetu u Beogradu značajno mesto trebalo bi da
pripada infarmacionim tehnologijama u službi sticanja i prezentacije znanja, kako studenata tako i nastavnog osoblja na
Univerzitetu. Ovaj značaj ogleda se u različitim domenima i segmentima visokoškolske nastave i kreće se od upotrebe
informacionih tehnologija ( u daljem tekstu IT) u sticanju, proveri i komunikaciji znanja izmedju studenata do pripreme,
prezentacije i provere nastavnih sadržaja od strane nastavnog osoblja na Univerzitetu – nastavnici i saradnici
Univerziteta. U tom smislu u radu je tretiran i obrađen segment značaja i koristi pojedinih sistema IT u studijama
koncipiranim prema Bolonjskom sistemu, kao sitemu definisanom akreditacijom državnih fakulteta Univerziteta u
Beogradu, a prema zahtevima modernog obrazovanja i inovacijama 21.veka u domenu svih naučnih disciplina pa i
društveno-humaničkih nauka. Cilj studije bio je ispitati stavove i mišljenje studenata Fakulteta za specijallnu edukaciju i
rehabilitaciju Univerziteta u Beogradu o značaju primene različitih segmenata IT okruženja u visokoškolskoj nastavi ove
obrazovne ustanove. Uzorkom su obuhvaćena 204 respodenta, studenta Fakulteta za specijalnu edukaciju i rehabilitaciju,
svih nivoa studija izuzev doktorskih studija, koji su online popunjavanjem ankete pruzili podatke za realizaciju ove studije
istraživačkog tipa. Za ispitivanje stavova i mišljenja studenata o postavljenom istraživačkom problemu korišćen je merni
instrument procene stavova studenata- Set upitnik 2103, Univerziteta Glazgov ( Honeychurch, S., McCluckie, B., 2014).
Preliminarni rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na visok procenat ispitanika (preko polovina ispitanog uzorka) koja se izjasnila
za visoko značajno učešće tehničkih rešenja u svim ispitanim domenima izuzev u domenu kreiranja i prezentiranja video
materijala u ispitanim segmentima nastave. Takođe je ukazano na visok značaj komunikacije tehničko-tehnoloških i
društveno-humanističkih nauka u kreiranju obrazovnog ambijenta i obrazovnog sistema Univerziteta u Beogradu.
AB  - Within the modern education system at the University of Belgrade, an important place should belong to
information technology in the service of acquiring and presenting knowledge of both students and teaching staff at the
University. This importance is reflected in different domains and segments of higher education and ranges from the use
of information technology (hereinafter referred to as IT) in the acquisition, assessment and communication of
knowledge between students; to the preparation, presentation and validation of teaching content by teaching staff at
the University. In this sense, this paper deals with and elaborates the segment of the importance and benefits of
individual IT systems in studies designed according to the Bologna system, as a system defined by the accreditation of
the state faculties of the University of Belgrade, and according to the requirements of modern education and
innovations of the 21st century in the field of all scientific disciplines, including social sciences and humanities. The
aim of the study was to examine the attitudes and opinions of the students of the Faculty of Special Education and
Rehabilitation, University of Belgrade on the importance of applying different segments of the IT environment in the
higher education teaching of this educational institution. The sample included 204 respondents, students of the Faculty
of Special Education and Rehabilitation, all levels of study except doctoral studies, who provided online data for
completing this research-type study by completing the survey. To measure students 'attitudes and opinions about the
research problem posed, a measurement instrument was used to assess students' attitudes - Set Questionnaire 2103,
Glasgow University (Honeychurch, S., McCluckie, B., 2014). Preliminary research results indicate a high percentage
of respondents (over half of the sample surveyed) who declared themselves to have a high participation of technical
solutions in all tested domains except in the domain of creating and presenting video materials in the examined
teaching segments. The importance of communication between the technical, technological and social sciences in the
creation of the educational environment and the educational system of the University of Belgrade was also pointed out.

NTC sistem učenja – prozor u budućnost

AB  - NTC - Sistem učenja (Centar Nikola Tesla - Odeljenje Mensa za nadarene), je sistem učenja
zasnovan na teorijskim osnovama neurologije, neuropsihologije, pedagogije, didaktike i metodologije za predškolski i
osnovnoškolski uzrast. Spomenuti sistem učenja utiče na teorijsko znanje i daje uputstva o tome kako povezati teoriju
sa obrazovnom praksom. Ranko Rajović, dr.med., specijalista interne medicine, osnivač Mense u nekoliko država,
saradnik UNICEF-a za edukaciju i književnik Uroš Petrović ističu se kao osnivači NTC - sistema učenja. Namena
NTC programa prvenstveno je bila prepoznavanje i podsticanje darovitih. Međutim, uočene su pozitivne promene
kod učenika sa lošijim uspehom kao i da primena programa pomaže i razvoj poželjnih vrednosti kod učenika; kao i
to da učenici kod kojih su identifikovane neke razvojne smetnje, pokazuju bolje rezultate u izvršavanju školskih
obaveza i akademskim veštinama (Rajović i sar., 2013). Program je primenjivan u Slovačkoj, Italiji, Češkoj, Rumuniji,
Crnoj Gori, Hrvatskoj, Bosni i Hercegovini, Sloveniji i Srbiji, a odvija se u letnjem kampu u trajanju od 10 dana,
uglavnom, u vidu vežbi radioničkog tipa. Program se realizuje u više faza, u malim grupama (15-25), uz angažovanje
stručnjaka i vaspitača sa sertifikatom „NTC - sistem učenja“. Za svaki uzrast, uz primenu programa, rade se
periodična testiranja, radi usmeravanja i praćenja razvoja dece (Radmanić, & Vujkov, 2016). NTC - sistem učenja
obuhvata tri celine: dodatnu stimulacija razvoja sinapsi (igre ravnoteže, razvoj akomodacije i grafomotorike),
stimulaciju razvoja asocijativnog razmišljanja (apstrahovanje, vizualizacija, apstraktna klasifikacija i serijacija,
asocijacije) i stimulaciju razvoja funkcionalnog razmišljanja (zagonetne priče i zagonetna pitanja). Prednost primene
NTC - sistema učenja je mogućnost za ispoljavanje kreativnosti kako kod dece tako i odraslih. Kroz smernice
roditeljima i vaspitno-obrazovnim radnicima program pruža ideje i metode koje nisu konačno određene i ostavljaju
prostora za ličnu modifikaciju (Rajović, 2010). Osim navedene, prednost ove metode je u sveobuhvatnom pristupu
pojedincu. Kao krajnji rezultat izdvaja se kvalitetno i dugotrajno usvajanje gradiva kroz podsticanje socijalnog,
emocionalnog i kognitivnog aspekta razvoja (Radmanić, & Vujkov, 2016). Ovo je novi pristup učenju, kojim dominira
interakcija i misaona aktivnost deteta i njegovih aktivnosti koja vodi uspešnom razvoju. Sistem je detaljno razrađen,
primenljiv u porodici, predškolskim ustanovama i svim razredima osnovne škole (Mićanović, Novović, Vučković &
Šakotić, 2015). NTC - sistem učenja ističe veliku važnost ranog sticanja iskustva, fleksibilnost nervnog sistema dece,
specifičnost ljudskih sposobnosti i talenta i upozorava da se nevežbanjem gube sposobnosti, veštine i funkcije (Gojkov,
Rajovic & Stojanovic, 2015). Jedna od retkih osobina ovakvih sistema učenja koja je izbegnuta u NTC programu je
ta da on pruža proverljivosti i mogućnost za ispitivanje efekata primene same metode. Stoga, su u ovom radu
prikupljena istraživanja koja su se bavila proverom efikasnoti primene NTC sistema učenja u okviru stimulisanja
razvoja sinapsi, kao i asocijativnog i funkcionalnog razmišljanja. Činjenica da se program, čije efekte nastojimo da
prikažemo u ovom istraživanju, već sprovodi u predškolskim ustanovama i/ili u letnjim školama u Novom Sadu,
Beogradu, Nišu, Pančevu, Šapcu, Bačkoj Palanci, Kikindi, Užicu, ali i van Srbije (Prag, Brno, Ljubljana, Kopar,
Bazel, Gorica, Veles, Zadar...), uključujući uverenje praktičara u pozitivne efekte primene programa na mentalni
razvoj dece, koordinaciju pokreta i motoriku, podsticanje pažnje, koncentraciju, divergentno mišljenje, zaključivanje i
funkcionalno znanje – bila je značajan pokretač za pisanje ovog rada.
AB  - NTC - Learning System (Nikola Tesla Center - Mensa Department for the Gifted), is a learning system
based on the theoretical foundations of neurology, neuropsychology, pedagogy, didactics, and methodology for
preschool and primary school age. The learning system mentioned influences theoretical knowledge and provides
guidance on how to relate theory to educational practice. Ranko Rajovic, MD, founder of Mensa in several countries,
UNICEF education associate and writer Uros Petrovic, are distinguished as the founders of the NTC Learning System.
The purpose of the NTC program was primarily to identify and encourage the gifted. However, there have been
positive changes in poorly performing students, and that the implementation of the program also helps to develop
desirable values for students; and that students with some developmental disabilities have been shown to perform
better in schoolwork and academic skills (Rajovic et al., 2013). The program has been implemented in Slovakia, Italy,
Czech Republic, Romania, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and Serbia, and takes place in a summer camp of 10 days, mainly in the form of exercises of the workshop type. The program is implemented in several
stages, in small groups (15-25), with the involvement of experts and educators certified "NTC - learning system". For
each age, with the application of the program, periodic tests are done to guide and monitor the development of
children (Radmanic, & Vujkov, 2016). The NTC learning system comprises three parts: additional stimulation of
synapse development (balance games, development of accommodation and graphomotor), stimulation of the
development of associative thinking (abstraction, visualization, abstract classification and serialization, associations)
and stimulation of the development of functional thinking (puzzling stories and mysterious questions). The advantage
of using the NTC learning system is the ability to express creativity in both children and adults. Through guidance to

learning, dominated by the interaction and thought activity of the child and his / her activities leading to successful
development. The system has been elaborated, applicable to families, preschools and all grades of primary school
(Mićanović, Novović, Vučković & Šakotić, 2015). The NTC system of learning emphasizes the importance of early
learning, the flexibility of the nervous system of children, the specificity of human abilities and talents, and warns that
the loss of ability, skill and function (Gojkov, Rajovic & Stojanovic, 2015). One of the rare features of such learning
systems that has been avoided in the NTC program is that it provides testability and the ability to examine the effects
of applying the method itself. Therefore, research has been collected in this paper to examine the effectiveness of the
application of the NTC learning system in stimulating synapse development as well as associative and functional
thinking. The fact that the program, whose effects we seek to show in this research, is already being implemented in
pre-schools and / or summer schools in Novi Sad, Belgrade, Nis, Pancevo, Sabac, Backa Palanka, Kikinda, Uzice,
but also outside Serbia (Prague, Brno, Ljubljana, Koper, Basel, Gorizia, Veles, Zadar ...), including practitioners'
beliefs in the positive effects of program implementation on children's mental development, movement coordination
and motor skills, stimulating attention, concentration, divergent thinking, reasoning and functional knowledge - was a
significant driver for writing this work.

to da učenici kod kojih su identifikovane neke razvojne smetnje, pokazuju bolje rezultate u izvršavanju školskih
obaveza i akademskim veštinama (Rajović i sar., 2013). Program je primenjivan u Slovačkoj, Italiji, Češkoj, Rumuniji,
Crnoj Gori, Hrvatskoj, Bosni i Hercegovini, Sloveniji i Srbiji, a odvija se u letnjem kampu u trajanju od 10 dana,
uglavnom, u vidu vežbi radioničkog tipa. Program se realizuje u više faza, u malim grupama (15-25), uz angažovanje
stručnjaka i vaspitača sa sertifikatom „NTC - sistem učenja“. Za svaki uzrast, uz primenu programa, rade se
periodična testiranja, radi usmeravanja i praćenja razvoja dece (Radmanić, & Vujkov, 2016). NTC - sistem učenja
obuhvata tri celine: dodatnu stimulacija razvoja sinapsi (igre ravnoteže, razvoj akomodacije i grafomotorike),
stimulaciju razvoja asocijativnog razmišljanja (apstrahovanje, vizualizacija, apstraktna klasifikacija i serijacija,
asocijacije) i stimulaciju razvoja funkcionalnog razmišljanja (zagonetne priče i zagonetna pitanja). Prednost primene
NTC - sistema učenja je mogućnost za ispoljavanje kreativnosti kako kod dece tako i odraslih. Kroz smernice
roditeljima i vaspitno-obrazovnim radnicima program pruža ideje i metode koje nisu konačno određene i ostavljaju
prostora za ličnu modifikaciju (Rajović, 2010). Osim navedene, prednost ove metode je u sveobuhvatnom pristupu
pojedincu. Kao krajnji rezultat izdvaja se kvalitetno i dugotrajno usvajanje gradiva kroz podsticanje socijalnog,
emocionalnog i kognitivnog aspekta razvoja (Radmanić, & Vujkov, 2016). Ovo je novi pristup učenju, kojim dominira
interakcija i misaona aktivnost deteta i njegovih aktivnosti koja vodi uspešnom razvoju. Sistem je detaljno razrađen,
primenljiv u porodici, predškolskim ustanovama i svim razredima osnovne škole (Mićanović, Novović, Vučković &
Šakotić, 2015). NTC - sistem učenja ističe veliku važnost ranog sticanja iskustva, fleksibilnost nervnog sistema dece,
specifičnost ljudskih sposobnosti i talenta i upozorava da se nevežbanjem gube sposobnosti, veštine i funkcije (Gojkov,
Rajovic & Stojanovic, 2015). Jedna od retkih osobina ovakvih sistema učenja koja je izbegnuta u NTC programu je
ta da on pruža proverljivosti i mogućnost za ispitivanje efekata primene same metode. Stoga, su u ovom radu
prikupljena istraživanja koja su se bavila proverom efikasnoti primene NTC sistema učenja u okviru stimulisanja
razvoja sinapsi, kao i asocijativnog i funkcionalnog razmišljanja. Činjenica da se program, čije efekte nastojimo da
prikažemo u ovom istraživanju, već sprovodi u predškolskim ustanovama i/ili u letnjim školama u Novom Sadu,
Beogradu, Nišu, Pančevu, Šapcu, Bačkoj Palanci, Kikindi, Užicu, ali i van Srbije (Prag, Brno, Ljubljana, Kopar,
Bazel, Gorica, Veles, Zadar...), uključujući uverenje praktičara u pozitivne efekte primene programa na mentalni
razvoj dece, koordinaciju pokreta i motoriku, podsticanje pažnje, koncentraciju, divergentno mišljenje, zaključivanje i
funkcionalno znanje – bila je značajan pokretač za pisanje ovog rada., NTC - Learning System (Nikola Tesla Center - Mensa Department for the Gifted), is a learning system
based on the theoretical foundations of neurology, neuropsychology, pedagogy, didactics, and methodology for
preschool and primary school age. The learning system mentioned influences theoretical knowledge and provides
guidance on how to relate theory to educational practice. Ranko Rajovic, MD, founder of Mensa in several countries,
UNICEF education associate and writer Uros Petrovic, are distinguished as the founders of the NTC Learning System.
The purpose of the NTC program was primarily to identify and encourage the gifted. However, there have been
positive changes in poorly performing students, and that the implementation of the program also helps to develop
desirable values for students; and that students with some developmental disabilities have been shown to perform
better in schoolwork and academic skills (Rajovic et al., 2013). The program has been implemented in Slovakia, Italy,
Czech Republic, Romania, Montenegro, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia and Serbia, and takes place in a summer camp of 10 days, mainly in the form of exercises of the workshop type. The program is implemented in several
stages, in small groups (15-25), with the involvement of experts and educators certified "NTC - learning system". For
each age, with the application of the program, periodic tests are done to guide and monitor the development of
children (Radmanic, & Vujkov, 2016). The NTC learning system comprises three parts: additional stimulation of
synapse development (balance games, development of accommodation and graphomotor), stimulation of the
development of associative thinking (abstraction, visualization, abstract classification and serialization, associations)
and stimulation of the development of functional thinking (puzzling stories and mysterious questions). The advantage
of using the NTC learning system is the ability to express creativity in both children and adults. Through guidance to

AB  - It was noted that parents frequently avoid taking their child with autism spectrum disorder {ASD) for routine examinations, because of the children's fear of dental procedures, or difficulties in locating a practitioner willing to provide care, or specialized to treat such individuals.
The aim of this paper is to recognize obstacles that patients with ASD and their caregivers incounter in getting dental care, as well as to present different techniques that can be used in dental setting in order to help people with ASD overcome those obstacles. The Serbian Library Consortium for Coordinated Acquisition-KoBSON, as well as
Google Scholar Advanced Search were used when reviewing the literature.
By reviewing the literature, the main obstacles were stated to be individual characteristics of people with ASD and lack of dental staff training in treating people with ASD.
Tecniques that can be used to improve dental care of patients with ASD are minimized sensory stimulation, short visits to the dental clinic and minimized wait time, several rehearsals in a mock environment, as well as working with the same dentist. Behavioural strategies can also be used, electronic screen, visual supports, or Picture Exchange Communication System. If all of the above does not give results, dental treatment can be provided under general anesthesia or physical restraint.
In conclusion, we give recomendations for University school of dentistry to involve treating people with ASD in their practical aspects of studies, as well as educate prospecting students in using some of the stated techniques.

AB  - Vаžnost igre sаgledаvana kroz rаzličite nаučne discipline imа dugu istoriju. Zа
ideju učenjа kroz igru i uvođenje igre u vаspitno-obrаzovni rаd u predškolske
ustаnove nаjzаslužniji je Frebel (Frebel). Igrа kаo složenа аktivnost sаdržаnа
je u svim oblicimа ljudske delаtnosti. Kroz igru decа podstiču svoju kreаtivnost,
jezik, kognitivne kompetence, socijаlne veštine i motoričke sposobnosti,
podstiču rаzvoj kognitivnih sposobnosti uviđаjući uzročno-posledične veze i
podstiču rаzvoj viših nivoа mišljenjа. Pozitivne efekte učenjа kroz igru potvrđuje
veliki broj istrаživаnjа sprovedenih u Evropi, Americi i Austrаliji. Uprkos
tome, registruje se nedovoljnа primenа ove metode u vаspitno-obrаzovnom
procesu. Rаzumevаnje dečije igre je prvi korаk kа prаvilnoj implementаciji
igre u školski kurikulum. S druge strаne, rаzvoj igre kod dece sа razvojnim teškoćama
imа drugаčiji tok u odnosu nа decu tipične populаcije. Upoznаvаnje
rаzvojа igre kod dece sа rаzvojnim smetnjаmа, korišćenje igre kаo vida tretmаnа
usmerenog nа dete obojenog pozitivnim emocijаmа i empаtijom, formirаnje
pаrtnerskog odnosа između roditeljа i terаpeutа nesumnjivo podstiču
lični rаzvoj detetа. Nemа dileme dа je učenje kroz igru efikаsan put u prаvilnoj
stimulаciji rаnog rаzvojа i dа bi primenа i implementаcijа igre u školski kurikulum
olаkšаlа sаvlаdаvаnje svаkodnevnih teškoćа sа kojimа se nose decа
tipične populаcije i decа sа razvojnim teškoćama. Stoga, cilj ovog rada jeste
isticanje specifičnosti u razvoju igre kod dece sa razvojnim smetnjama kao i
važnosti primene igre u vaspitno-obrazovnom sistemu.
AB  - The importance of learning through play viewed through different scientific disciplines
has a long history. Frebel is the most deserving of the idea of learning through play and
introducing it into educational work in preschool institutions. Child play as a complex activity
is present in all forms of human activity. Through play, children stimulate their creativity,
language, cognitive, social, motor skills, stimulate the development of cognitive abilities by
recognizing cause-effect relationships and stimulating the development of higher levels of
thinking. The positive effects of learning through play are confirmed by a large number of
studies conducted in Europe, America, and Australia. In spite of this, insufficient application of
this method in the educational process is registered. Understanding children’s play is the first
step towards the correct implementation of the play in the school curriculum. On the other
hand, the development of play in children with developmental disabilities has a different
trend compared to children of typical population. Getting to know the development of play
in children with developmental disorders, the use of play as a form of treatment directed at a
child painted with positive emotions and empathy, the formation of a partnership relationship
between parents and therapists undoubtedly stimulate the child’s personal development.
There is no doubt that learning through play is an effective way to properly stimulate early
development and that their implementation in the school curriculum will facilitate the
overcoming of everyday difficulties that children of typical population and children with
developmental disabilities experience. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to emphasize the
specificity of the development of play in children with developmental disabilities, as well as
the importance of using the play in the educational system.

isticanje specifičnosti u razvoju igre kod dece sa razvojnim smetnjama kao i
važnosti primene igre u vaspitno-obrazovnom sistemu., The importance of learning through play viewed through different scientific disciplines
has a long history. Frebel is the most deserving of the idea of learning through play and
introducing it into educational work in preschool institutions. Child play as a complex activity
is present in all forms of human activity. Through play, children stimulate their creativity,
language, cognitive, social, motor skills, stimulate the development of cognitive abilities by
recognizing cause-effect relationships and stimulating the development of higher levels of
thinking. The positive effects of learning through play are confirmed by a large number of
studies conducted in Europe, America, and Australia. In spite of this, insufficient application of
this method in the educational process is registered. Understanding children’s play is the first
step towards the correct implementation of the play in the school curriculum. On the other
hand, the development of play in children with developmental disabilities has a different
trend compared to children of typical population. Getting to know the development of play
in children with developmental disorders, the use of play as a form of treatment directed at a
child painted with positive emotions and empathy, the formation of a partnership relationship
between parents and therapists undoubtedly stimulate the child’s personal development.
There is no doubt that learning through play is an effective way to properly stimulate early
development and that their implementation in the school curriculum will facilitate the
overcoming of everyday difficulties that children of typical population and children with
developmental disabilities experience. Therefore, the aim of this paper is to emphasize the
specificity of the development of play in children with developmental disabilities, as well as
the importance of using the play in the educational system.",

i nаstаvnikа. Istrаživаnje prikаzаno u ovom rаdu je sprovedeno sа ciljem dа se
utvrdi nivo i rаsprostrаnjenost sindromа profesionаlnog sаgorevаnjа kod defektologа
i nаstаvnikа zаposlenih u obrаzovnim ustаnovаmа u Srbiji, kаo i dа se
utvrdi povezаnost i specifičnih sociodemogrаfskih vаrijаbli sа sindromom profesionаlnog
sаgorevаnjа ove populаcije. Uzorkom je obuhvаćeno 117 prosvetnih
rаdnikа (63 (54%) nаstаvnikа i 54 (46%) defektologа), zаposlenih u redovnim i
specijаlnim osnovnim školаmа nа teritoriji Republike Srbije. Profesionаlno sаgorevаnje
ispitivаno je primenom instrumentа MBI-Educators Survey (MBI-ES) i to
kroz tri kаtegorije: emocionаlnu iscrpljenost, depersonаlizаciju i percepciju ličnog
postignućа (Maslac, 2003). Nаvedene kаtegorije predstаvljаju komponente
sindromа profesionаlnog sаgorevаnjа čiji simptomi, ukoliko se mаnifestuju kod
pojedincа, mogu dа ukаžu nа prisustvo sindromа profesionаlnog sаgorevаnjа.
Rezultаti ovog istrаživаnjа pokаzuju dа 58,1% ispitivаnog uzorkа pokаzuje znаke
emocionаlne iscrpljenosti (23,1% imа visok nivo, а 35,0% umeren nivo emocionаlne
iscrpljenosti), kаo i dа simptome sаgorevаnjа u dimenziji ličnog postignućа
ispoljаvа 49,6% ispitаnikа (29,9% imа umeren skor, а 19,7% nizаk skor). Na
osnovu dobijenih rezultata možemo da uočimo da je problem profesionаlnog
sаgorevаnjа prisutаn kod obrаzovnog kаdrа rаzličitog usmerenjа. Imajući to
u vidu, smatramo da je bitno istaći dа je problem profesionаlnog sаgorevаnjа
stručnjаkа koji rаde sа decom od velikog znаčаjа zа sve аktere u obrаzovаnju,
počevši od ministаrstvа prosvete, prekoškolske uprаve i sаmih nаstаvnikа, do
roditeljа čije dete ide u rаzred u kojem nаstаvnik gubi želju zа rаdom. Na osnovu
izloženog zaključujemo da je neophodno, u dogovoru sа nаdležnim orgаnimа,
formirаti strаtegije za prevenciju i tretman ove „moderne bolesti“.
AB  - Burnout is a syndrome of emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and reduced
personal accomplishment that usually occurs among people working in the helping
professions, such as education. The central aim of the present study was to determine
the level and distribution of burnout among special education and regular education
teachers working in special education and regular education schools in Serbia, as well as
to establish the association between specific socio-demographic variables with burnout in
this population. The sample consisted of 117 educators (63 (54%) regular education teachers
and 54 (46%) special education teachers) employed in primary schools in Serbia. The level
of burnout was investigated using the instrument MBI-Educators Survey (MBI-ES), through
three categories: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and perception of personal
accomplishment. These categories represent the components of burnout whose symptoms,
if manifested in an individual, may indicate the presence of burnout. The results show that
58. 1% of the sample had signs of emotional exhaustion (23.1% had high levels of emotional
exhaustion and 35.0% moderate level of emotional exhaustion), while 49.6% had low level
of personal accomplishment (29.9 moderate, and 19.7 low). Based on our findings, burnout
syndrome is present in teachers and special educators, which further raises the question of
developing strategies for prevention and treatment of burnout syndrome among educators
at the national level.

AB  - Živimo u dobu progresivnog tehnološkog razvoja koji je usklađen sa
potrebom savremenog čoveka za olakšavanje funkcionisanja. Tehnologija može da
ukloni mnogobrojne barijere sa kojima se susrećemo u svakodnevnom životu, što
najviše osećaju osobe sa značajnim teškoćama u funkcionisanju. Ograničenja
osoba sa poremećajima iz spektra autizma (PSA) ispoljavaju se u skoro svim
domenima života – komunikaciji, socijalizaciji, akademskom i radnom životu.
Ove osobe koriste različite uređaje za kompenzaciju, umanjenje ili eliminaciju
postojećih teškoća. Asistivna tehnologija (AT) podrazumeva različite usluge i
uređaje koje se koriste u različitim domenima života upravo u cilju olakšavanja
funkcionisanja u školskom i radnom okruženju i, generalno, društvenoj
zajednici. U ovom radu prikazana su istraživanja koja ukazuju na značaj upotrebe
AT u različitim domenima života osoba sa PSA u cilju podsticanja razvoja i
unapređenja socijalnih i veština komunikacije, uklanjanje prepreka sa kojima se
susreću u nastavnom procesu i radnom okruženju. Prilikom pretrage literature
korišćen je servis Koncorzijuma biblioteka Srbije za objedinjenu nabavku
(KOBSON), Google Scholar, SCIndeks, kao i pretraživač ScienceDirect. Pretraživana je
literatura na srpskom i engleskom jeziku, radovi su izdvojeni na osnovu naslova
i određenih ključnih reči. Kriterijumi za odabir radova bili su sledeći: da rad
nije stariji od 15 godina, da je istraživačkog tipa, da uzorak u istraživanju
obuhvata ispitanike sa PSA, da se u radu ispituju efekti upotrebe raznih uređaja
i/ili usluga AT na različite domene funkcionisanja dece, adolescenata i/ili
odraslih osoba sa PSA. Prikazano je 10 radova koji datiraju od 2007. do 2018.
godine i bave se ispitivanjem efikasnosti upotrebe različitih oblika AT na
veštine komunikacije, socijalnu kompetenciju, akademske i radne veštine osoba
sa PSA. Na osnovu pregleda dostupnih istraživanja možemo zaključiti da je AT
koja se koristi u radu sa osobama sa PSA raznovrsna i mnogobrojna, a u današnje
vreme povećana je dostupnost uređaja i usluga AT.

AB  - U doba informacionih tehnologija računar je postao neophodna i integralna komponenta u
našem svakodnevnom životu.U okviru svakodnevnih obaveza i zadataka primorani smo da umesto konvencionalnih
metoda koristimo programske sisteme na računarima. Ključ uspeha i opstanka jeste posedovanje veština i znanja
potrebnih za korišćenje savremene tehnologije.
Pretpostavka u svetu je da će razvoj tehnologije omogućiti i olakšati inkluziju osoba sa invaliditetom i smanjiti
nivo potrebe za podrškom, omogućiti lakše pronalaženje posla i obezbediti integraciju u društvo. Međutim, nisu sve
osobe sa invaliditetom u stanju da na podjednak način olakšaju svakodnevno funkcionisanje koristeći savremenu
tehnologiju. Osobe sa intelektualnom ometenošću nailaze na različite prepreke prilikom rukovanja računarom. Stoga
pri dizajniranju interfejsa treba dovesti na najviši nivo vezu između individualnih kognitivnih i senzomotornih
sposobnosti i zahteva računara.Da bi se nešto preduzelo u pravcu poboljšanja ustaljenja prakse u ovoj oblasti
neophodno je staviti veći akcenat na postojanje ovog problema i ispitati stavove defektologa, samih korisnika i
proizvođača računarske tehnologije. S toga je tema našeg istraživanja je ispitivanje stavova studenata Univerziteta u
Beogradu, Fakulteta za specijalnu edukaciju i rehabilitaciju o potrebi i primeni asistivne tehnologije u
osnovnoškolskom obrazovanju. Uzorak je činilo 57 studenata četvrte godine Fakulteta za specijalnu edukaciju i
rehabilitaciju,smer Specijalna edukacija i rehabilitacija osoba sa teškoćama u mentalnom razvoju. Za potrebe ovog
istraživanja korišćena je modifikovana verzija upitnika„How to Teach English with Technology“ subtestovi A i C

defektologiji veoma važna za budući rad u struci. 98.2% ispitanog uzorka smatra da će koristiti stečena znanja i
primenjivati interaktivne softvere u daljem radu dok 89.5 % uzorka voli da koristi tehnologiju u nastavi.
Rezultati ovog istraživanja ukazuju da je od velikog značaja obučiti buduće defektologe za primenu, adaptaciju i
implementaciju asistivne tehnologije u radu sa decom sa različitim razvojnim smetnjama. Mišljenja smo da bi
kolaboracija Fakulteta za specijalnu edukaciju i rehabilitaciju i Elektrotehničkog fakulteta u kojoj bi studenti imali
zajednički predmet o kreiranju softvera i aplikacija za decu i za osobe sa ometenošću, značajno doprineo razvoju
tehnologije primerene osobama sa ometenošču i njihovoj boljoj socijalnoj inkluziji u našoj zemlji.
AB  - In the current digital era computers have become an essential and integral part of our everyday lives.
Instead of conventional methods in today’s world we are pressed to use programs and computer applications to complete
daily tasks. The key to succeed and survive is to obtain skills and knowledges needed to use new technologies.
The current assumption is that the development of new technologies will help with the inclusion of persons with
disabilities by reducing the need for external support, thus making jobs more accessible and therefore making people with
disabilities more integrated in society. Never the less, not all persons with disabilities are able to use assistive technology
to aid them in everyday tasks and functioning. Persons with cognitive disabilities often face different obstacles and
difficulties while using computers. Because of that it is important to design an interface that takes into consideration the
link between cognitive and sensory - motor abilities and computer requirements. Our study will explore the general
attitudes special education students have towards the need to use assistive technology in elementary school education. 57
senior students from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Special Education and Rehabilitation, took part in the survey.
The results show that all the students thought that they benefited from the course IT in special education. 98.2% stated that

tehnologiju. Osobe sa intelektualnom ometenošću nailaze na različite prepreke prilikom rukovanja računarom. Stoga
pri dizajniranju interfejsa treba dovesti na najviši nivo vezu između individualnih kognitivnih i senzomotornih
sposobnosti i zahteva računara.Da bi se nešto preduzelo u pravcu poboljšanja ustaljenja prakse u ovoj oblasti
neophodno je staviti veći akcenat na postojanje ovog problema i ispitati stavove defektologa, samih korisnika i
proizvođača računarske tehnologije. S toga je tema našeg istraživanja je ispitivanje stavova studenata Univerziteta u
Beogradu, Fakulteta za specijalnu edukaciju i rehabilitaciju o potrebi i primeni asistivne tehnologije u
osnovnoškolskom obrazovanju. Uzorak je činilo 57 studenata četvrte godine Fakulteta za specijalnu edukaciju i
rehabilitaciju,smer Specijalna edukacija i rehabilitacija osoba sa teškoćama u mentalnom razvoju. Za potrebe ovog
istraživanja korišćena je modifikovana verzija upitnika„How to Teach English with Technology“ subtestovi A i C
(Gavin Dudeney & Nicky Hockly, 2007). Svi ispitanici smatraju da je nastava iz predmeta Informacione tehnologije u

Implicit theories of creativity among teachers and special educators

AB  - School curriculum and environment, as well as teachers, special educators and parents play an important role in scaffolding creative development of young people. Parents, teachers and special educators utilize their knowledge of implicit theories of creativity and by interacting with children in different manners they influence the child's personal development, and especially the child's creativity. We started with the premise that all individuals have, in a varying degree, potential for creativity and by reviewing literature that focuses on implicit theories of creativity in special educators we found that non-such studies exist in our region. With this in mind the aim of the study was to determine the implicit creativity theories of special educators and teachers that work in schools and special education schools. An additional goal was to examination the relationship between sociodemographic variables (residence, sex, age, occupation, type of school, level of education) and formed implicit theories. We interviewed 62 subjects, 33 teachers and 29 special educators. For the purpose of this study we used a modified version of Implicit Theory of Creativity Scale. A majority of our subjects believe that the school setting can influence the development of creativity in children to a great extent. In terms of concrete contribution to the development of creativity the school climate is defined as the most frequent answer, then the stimulating teaching activities. There is almost a unique perception of creative and desirable qualities, independent of gender, education and age. The distinguished difference was found between special educators and teachers and it relates to the difference in the perception of the least characteristic features of the creative personality. Therefore, teachers should have training in scaffolding creativity in children based on scientifically based evidence.
AB  - Školski nastavni program i okruženje, defektolozi, nastavnici i roditelji igraju značajnu ulogu u kreativnom razvoju mladih ljudi. Roditelji, defektolozi i nastavnici svojim očekivanjima nastalim na osnovu implicitnih teorija kreativnosti i načinom i vrstom interakcije sa detetom, utiču na lični razvoj a posebno na razvoj kreativnosti kod deteta. Imajući u vidu da potencijal za kreativno ponašanje poseduju sve individue u različitom stepenu kao i da pregledom dostupne literature nismo naišli na izučavanje implicitnih teorija kreativnosti kod defektologa osmišljen je cilj ovog istraživanja kao ispitivanje implicitnih teorija kreativnosti kod defektologa i nastavnika koji rade u redovnim i školama za decu sa smetnjama u razvoju, kao i ispitivanje odnosa sociodemografskih varijabli (prebivalište, pol, starost, zanimanje, tip ustanove, stepen obrazovanja) sa formiranim implicitnim teorijama. U istraživanju je učestvovalo 62 ispitanika, od toga 33 nastavnika. Korišćena je skala za ispitivanje implicitnih teorija kreativnosti kao i odnosa kreativnosti i poželjnosti. Na ispitanom uzorku nastavnika i defektologa preovladava uverenje da škola može podstaći kreativnost u velikoj meri. U pogledu konkretnog doprinosa razvoju kreativnosti izdvajaju se školska klima, kao najfrekventniji odgovor, zatim podsticajne nastavne aktivnosti. Na našem uzorku postoji skoro jedinstvena percepcija kreativnih i poželjnih osobina, nezavisna od pola, obrazovanja i godina starosti. Izdvojena razlika odnosi se na razliku u percepciji najmanje karakterističnih osobina kreativne ličnosti i dobijena u odnosu na profesiju. Stoga, nastavnici treba da budu obučeni za praktičnu nastavu i učenje koje promoviše razvoj kreativnosti a koje se zasniva na empirijskim istraživanjima.

Merenje nivoa profesionalnog sagorevanja kod defektologa zaposlenih u obrazovnim ustanovama

AB  - Prolongirani profesionalni stres može da dovede do mentalnih i fizičkih
oboljenja kod pojedinca, što negativno deluje na kvalitet rada i odnose sa
klijentom. Istraživanje prikazano u ovom radu je sprovedeno sa ciljem da
se utvrdi nivo i rasprostranjenost sindroma profesionalnog sagorevanja kod
defektologa zaposlenih u obrazovnim ustanovama u Republici Srbiji kao i
da se utvrdi povezanosti specifičnih sociodemografskih varijabli sa sindromom
profesionalnog sagorevanja ove populacije. Uzorak je činilo 46 defektologa
zaposlenih u specijalnim osnovnim školama na teritoriji Republike
Srbije. Profesionalno sagorevanje ispitivano je primenom instrumenta MBIEducators
Survey (MBI-ES) i to kroz tri osnovne komponente sindroma
profesionalnog sagorevanja: emocionalnu iscrpljenost, depersonalizaciju i
percepciju ličnog postignuća. Rezultati pokazuju da, u odnosu na ukupan
uzorak, na subskali EI najveći deo uzorka (43,5%) pokazuje umerene znake
PS. Na subskali DE najveći procenat uzorka (67,4%) pokazuje blage znake
PS, kao i na subskali LP (34,8%).
AB  - Occupational stress among special education teachers has been one of the main
focuses of researchers over the World the last decade, the reason being that persistent
job related stress in special education teachers can lead to mental and or physical
illnesses. Understanding the dynamics of the relationship between job related stress
and burnout among special education teachers can lead to creating effective prevention
procedures and intervention plans among special education teacher at risk of
developing burnout syndrome. The central aim of the present study was to determin the
leavel and distribution of burnout among special education teachers working in special
education schools in Serbia, as well as to establish the connection between specific
socio-demographic variables with burnout in this population. The sample consisted of
50 special education teachers employed in special education primary schools in Serbia.
The level of burnout was investigated using the instrument MBI-Educators Survey (MBIES),
through three categories: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and perception
of personal accomplishment. These categories represent the components of burnout
whose symptoms, if manifested in an individual, may indicate the presence of burnout.
Results show that 43,5% of the sample has moderate signs of EI, while 67,4% show mild
signs of DE. Mild signs of burnout on scale personal acomplishment are also shown in
34,8% of the whole sample.

abstract = "Prolongirani profesionalni stres može da dovede do mentalnih i fizičkih
oboljenja kod pojedinca, što negativno deluje na kvalitet rada i odnose sa
klijentom. Istraživanje prikazano u ovom radu je sprovedeno sa ciljem da
se utvrdi nivo i rasprostranjenost sindroma profesionalnog sagorevanja kod
defektologa zaposlenih u obrazovnim ustanovama u Republici Srbiji kao i
da se utvrdi povezanosti specifičnih sociodemografskih varijabli sa sindromom
profesionalnog sagorevanja ove populacije. Uzorak je činilo 46 defektologa
zaposlenih u specijalnim osnovnim školama na teritoriji Republike
Srbije. Profesionalno sagorevanje ispitivano je primenom instrumenta MBIEducators
Survey (MBI-ES) i to kroz tri osnovne komponente sindroma
profesionalnog sagorevanja: emocionalnu iscrpljenost, depersonalizaciju i
percepciju ličnog postignuća. Rezultati pokazuju da, u odnosu na ukupan
uzorak, na subskali EI najveći deo uzorka (43,5%) pokazuje umerene znake
PS. Na subskali DE najveći procenat uzorka (67,4%) pokazuje blage znake
PS, kao i na subskali LP (34,8%)., Occupational stress among special education teachers has been one of the main
focuses of researchers over the World the last decade, the reason being that persistent
job related stress in special education teachers can lead to mental and or physical
illnesses. Understanding the dynamics of the relationship between job related stress
and burnout among special education teachers can lead to creating effective prevention
procedures and intervention plans among special education teacher at risk of
developing burnout syndrome. The central aim of the present study was to determin the
leavel and distribution of burnout among special education teachers working in special
education schools in Serbia, as well as to establish the connection between specific
socio-demographic variables with burnout in this population. The sample consisted of
50 special education teachers employed in special education primary schools in Serbia.
The level of burnout was investigated using the instrument MBI-Educators Survey (MBIES),
through three categories: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and perception
of personal accomplishment. These categories represent the components of burnout
whose symptoms, if manifested in an individual, may indicate the presence of burnout.
Results show that 43,5% of the sample has moderate signs of EI, while 67,4% show mild
signs of DE. Mild signs of burnout on scale personal acomplishment are also shown in
34,8% of the whole sample.",
