AB  - The formation of an educated and a successful personality depends on a number of pedagogical, sociological and social
factors. In the process of socialization and education, both contemporary school system and family share responsibility
and make an important role in the success, not only of individuals, but of society as a whole. The influence of the family
environment on achievement can be seen from different aspects. The aim of the research was to examine the connection
between achievement of deaf and hard-of-hearing students and factors of the family environment seen through their socioeconomic
status. The survey sample comprised 59 parents of deaf and hard-of-hearing children attending the school
for deaf and hard-of-hearing students in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. In the process of relevant literature
research and determining the theoretical facts relevant for the research problem, the method of theoretical analysis and
synthesis was used. In relation to research techniques, survey and content analysis were used. Family questionnaire
was used to analyze the link between the socioeconomic status of families and achievement of deaf and hard-of-hearing
students. The results have shown that there was no correlation between the socioeconomic status of the families and the
school achievements of deaf and hard-of-hearing students.

Poslednjih godina sve više je dece sa problemima u školi i školskom radu. Ovi problemi su izraženiji kod učenika koji imaju oštećen sluh, a pohađaju redovne škole. Razloge neuspeha treba tražiti u različitim i složenim relacijama u odnosu na uzroke. Neuspeh u školskom radu najčešće se vezuje za promene: u fizičkom, emocionalnom, socijalnom i intelektualnom razvoju.

AB  - U osnovi čovekove prirode je homeostaza, i ako bilo koji faktor naruši homeostazu dolazi do problema, odnosno do patološkog ponašanja. Veliki je broj poremećaja u ranom detinjstvu koji u svojoj psihopatologiji ima u osno- vi i poremećaj verbalne komunikacije što ima za posledicu izmenjene fizi- ološke procese. Vurneabilnu odnosno osetljivu genetsku osnovu, kao okidač, za razvoj ranih razvojnih poremećaja mogu aktivirati sredinski činioci, suboptimalno unošenje pojedinih nutritivnih elemenata, uticaj fizi- kohemijskih dejstava, virusi, bakterije, gljivice, metabolički poremećaji. Kod ovih problema zadatak je otkrivanje postojećeg poremećaja i utvrđiva- nje odgovarajućeg tretmana. Neophodne nalize se vrše pregledom krvi, urina, utvrđivanjem permeabilnosti creva, analizom stolice..., u našim labora- torijama, sa kojima saradjujemo, ali i u laboratorijama u SAD i Norveškoj. Uspešan tretman poremećenih bioloških parametara i usklađivanje biologije, senzora, mentalnih, govorno jezičkih, socijalnih i emocionalnih funkcija unutar deteta, kao i uspostavljanje ravnoteže između deteta ko- ji ima problem i njegove primarne porodice može dovesti do željenih rezul-
tata.

Basically the homeostasis is human nature and if any factor impairs
homeostasis leads to problems, ie, pathological behavior. A large
number of disorders in early childhood, which in its psychopathology
is basically a disorder of verbal communication which results in altered
physiologicalprocesses.
Vulnerable genetic basis, as a trigger for the development of early
developmental disturbances can trigger environmental factors, suboptimal
intake of nutritional elements, the influence of physico-chemical effects,
viruses, bacteria, fungi, metabolic disorders. In these problems, the task
is to detect disorders and determine appropriate treatment. Necessary
analysis are performed blood test, urin analysis, determination of gut
permeability, analysis chairs etc.., In our laboratories as well as in the
United States and Norway successful treatment of disturbed biological
parameters and adjustment of biology, censor mental, speech-language,
social and emotional function within the child, and the balance between
the child and his family, leading to the solution of the problem.

AB  - Porodica je prvi i najvažniji faktor socijalne okoline deteta kojim započinje proces njegove socijalizacije.Mišljenja o važnosti uloge poro- dičnog uticaja na kasniji tok razvoja deteta veoma su rzličita, počev od psihoanalitičkih koji smatraju da je taj uticaj odlučujući za ceo kas- niji život pa do mnogih drugih koji porodici ne pridaju tako važnu ulogu. Porodica utiče na ličnost osobe, njen život i napredak. Značajna uloga porodice i šire društvene sredine su faktori koji određuju pravilno for- miranje ličnosti deteta i usmeravanje deteta u skladu sa njegovim psiho- fizičkim sposobnostima.

determine the proper formation of the childs personality and direction of
his development in accordance with his psychophysical abilities

The educational concept which comes and develops from this kind of general attitude about the need of including all children in regular schools is known as the inclusive education. This paper gives a review of some definitions in relation to the inclusive education in the world, the newest researches about inclusion in Serbia, problems regarding inclusive teaching, standpoints of teachers and parents regarding the inclusive education.
AB  - Na UNESKO-voj Svetskoj konferenciji o posebnim obrazovnim potrebama održanoj 1994. godine u španskom gradu Salamanki usvojena je Izjava i Okvir za akciju kojima se ističe pravo svakog deteta da, bez obzira na njegovo fizičko, intelektualno, emocionalno, socijalno, jezičko ili drugo stanje, bude uključeno u obrazovni sistem, odnosno u redovne škole i razrede. Obrazovni koncept koji proističe i koji se razvija iz ovakvog jednog opšteg stava o potrebi uključivanja sve dece u redovne škole poznat je kao inkluzivno obrazovanje. U radu je predočen pregled nekih definicija inkluzivnog obrazovanja u svetu, najnovija istraživanja o inkluziji u našoj zemlji, problemi u inkluzivnoj nastavi, stavovi nastavnika i roditelja u inkluzivnoj nastavi.

AB  - U radu je prikazan odnos dužine surdološkog tretmana i uspeha
učenika oštećenog sluha koji su uključeni u sistem redovnog vaspitanja
i obrazovanja. Uzorak je činilo 30 učenika sa oštećenjem sluha
preko 85dB starosnog uzrasta od 10 do 15 godina redovne osnovne
škole. Posebno su prikazani rezultati odnosa dužine surdološkog
tretmana i opšte uspešnosti uspešnosti iz nastavnih predmeta
matematika i srpski jezik, kao i rezultati odnosa dužine surdološkog
tretmana i ostvarenih rezultata na testovima znanja iz analiziranih
nastavnih predmeta. Dobijeni rezultati su pokazali pozitivnu
korelaciju između radog surdološkog tretmana i ostvarenog uspeha
ispitanika.

treatment and hearing impairment children’s school success in
regular school. The sample consists 30 hearing impaired children
above 85 dB of hearing loss. Children were from 10 to 15 years old.
Particulary are showen the results of relation in duration
surdological treatment and common success of math and Serbian
language as and the results of relation in duration of surdological
treatment and realize results on knowledge tests from analised
school subjects.
The results showes positive corelation between early surdological
treatment and realised success of children.

AB  - The study presents school achievement of hearing impaired children, who are attending the regular school system. Results of the Serbian language test are shown separately. The results have been analyzed in regard to the starting test achievement in the subject of Serbian language, the length of early hearing rehabilitation and treatment and the pupil's gender.
