AB  - Padovi predstavljaju čestu pojavu u populaciji osoba starije životne dobi, a sam rizik se znatno povećava ukoliko je utvrđeno i postojanje depresivnih sim- ptoma. Cilj istraživanja jeste ispitivanje prisustva depresivnih simptoma kod starih osoba. Uzorak istraživanja formiran je od 142 osobe (52,8% muš- kog i 47,2% ženskog pola), koje su bile podeljene na grupu A, koja je doživela pad i grupu B, koja nije doživela pad. Prosečna starost ispitanika iznosila je 73 godine i 11 meseci (SD = 6 godina i 2 meseca). Za procenu depresije korišćena je Gerijatrijska skala depresije (The Geriatric Depression Scale; Yesagava, 1983).
Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju da ispitanici koji su doživeli pad u proseku iskazuju statistički značajno viši nivo depresivnosti (p < 0,019) od ispita- nika koji nisu pali.
Stare osobe sklone padu češće manifestuju depresivne simptome nego stari koji nisu pali. Utvrđivanje prisustva depresivnih simptoma treba uzeti u analizu prilikom procene rizika od pada kod starih osoba.
AB  - Falls represent a common occurrence in the elderly population, and the risk itself increases significantly if the presence of depressive symptoms is found. The aim of the research is to examine the presence of depressive symptoms among the elderly population.
The research sample was formed out of 142 persons (52.8% male and 47.2% female), who were divided into group A, who experienced a fall and group B, who did not experience a fall. The average age of the respondents was 73 years and 11 months (SD = 6 years and 2 months). The assessment of the depression was based on The Geriatric Depression Scale (Yesagava, 1983). Research results indicate that respondents who experienced a fall, on average, show significantly higher level of depression (p < 0.019) than the respondents who did experience a fall.
Elderly persons prone to falls are more likely to show depressive symptoms than elderly persons who did not experience a fall. Determining the presence of depressive symptoms should be taken into account when assessing the risk of falls among the elderly population.

AB  - Falls and old age have negative effect on balance. Aim of research is to examine the effect of falls and older age on balance performance among elderly population. The sample comprised 142 individuals (52.8% men and 47.2% women) and the mean age for the participants was 73 years and 11 months (SD = 6 years and two months). To assess static and dynamic balance we use the total of twelve different balance test. Results show a statistically significant main effect of the variable related to fall when standing with feet partly put together, One Leg Stance (p < 0.001), 360 Degree Turn Test (p < 0.05) in mediolateral and anteroposterior direction. Significant main effect of age category on standing with the feet together eyes closed (p < 0.05) in anteroposterior direction and standing with feet partly put together, One Leg Stance (p < 0.001), Four Step Square Test, Time Up and Go Test - Motor/Cognitive (p < 0.05) in mediolateral and anteroposterior direction. Significant effect of the interaction of the factor of fall and the category of age when standing with the feet apart and eyes open (p < 0.05) in mediolateral direction, feet apart and eyes closed (p < 0.05) in anteroposterior direction, feet together and eyes closed in both directions. Conclusion of our study show that elderly people with a positive history of falling manifest significantly poorer balance on some balance tests compared to younger adults who did not experience a fall.

AB  - Profesionalna opterećenost poslom i stres predstavljaju značajan problem sa kojima se zaposleni u savremenom društvu suočavaju. Cilj istraživanja bio je ispitivanje profesionalne opterećenosti i stresa u radu nastavnika u osnovnim školama. Metodologija istraživanja: Ukupan uzorak istraživanja formiran je od 47 ispitanika (85% ženskog pola, prosečne starosti 42,7 godine) podeljenih u dve grupe, na ispitanike koji su zaposleni u školi za obrazovanje učenika sa smetnjama u razvoju (N = 26; ženski pol - 46,8%, muški pol – 8,5%, prosečne starosti 40,35 godine) i ispitanike zaposlene u osnovnoj školi (N = 21; ženski pol – 38,3%, muški pol – 6,4%, prosečne starosti 45,62 godine). Za ispitivanje profesionalne opterećenosti nastavnika kao merni instrument korišćena je skraćena verzija Skale za procenu profesionalne opterećenosti i Skala za procenu reakcije na profesionalni stres (Likertovog tipa). Istraživanje je sprovedeno tokom marta 2018. godine u školi za obrazovanje učenika sa smetnjama u razvoju „Dušan Dugalić“ (Beograd) i osnovnoj školi “Kosta Trifković” (Novi Sad). Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da ispitanici iz osnovne škole pokazuju veću profesionalnu opterećenost u odnosu na ispitanike iz škole za obrazovanje učenika sa smetnjama u razvoju. Veću reakciju na profesionalni stres imaju zaposleni u osnovnoj školi koji svakodnevno rade sa učenicima sa smetnjama u razvoju. Kod obe grupe ispitanika povećana profesionalna opterećenost dovodi do povišene reakcije na profesionalni stres. Na osnovu rezultata istraživanja možemo reći da kod ispitanika koji su zaposleni u osnovnoj školi i rade u inkluzivnom odeljenju, kao i kod onih koji su zaposleni u školi za učenike sa smetnjama u razvoju postoji jaka i pozitivna korelacija između profesionalne opterećenosti i reakcije na profesionalni stres. Nastavnici iz osnovne škole pokazuju veću profesionalnu opterećenost kao i veću reakciju na profesionalni stres u odnosu na defektologe i nastavnike koji rade u školi za obrazovanje učenika sa smetnjama u razvoju.

Methodology: Total sample was formed from 47 respondents (85% female, average age 42,7 years), that were divided in two groups, one group was formed from by teachers working in a school for the education of students with disabilities (N = 26, 46,8% female, 8,5% male, average age 49,35 years) and other group consist from teachers working in primary school (N = 21, 38,3% female, 6,4% male, average age 45,62 years). To examine work overload and stress we used “Work Load Evaluation Scale” and “Reaction on Professional Stress Scale”. Research was conduct during March 2018, in the school for the education of students with disabilities, „Dušan Dugalić“ (Belgrade) and in primary school „Kosta Trifković“ (Novi Sad). Research results showed that respondents from primary school exhibit higher work overload compared to respondents working in the school for the education of students with disabilities. Higher reaction to work stress was exhibited by teachers in primary school who work with students with disabilities. In both groups of respondents higher work overload leads to higher reaction to work stress. Based on research results, we can conclude that in respondents who are employed in primary school and work in an inclusive class, as well as in respondents who are employed in school for the education of students with disabilities, there is a strong positive correlation between work overload and reaction to work stress. Teachers in primary school exhibit higher work overload and higher reaction to work stress compared to special educators and rehabilitators and teachers who work in school for the education of students with disabilities.

Behaviour of students with comorbidity of cerebral palsy and intellectual disability in the school environment

AB  - Each person actualizes his/her presence and contact with others through his/her behaviour. It integrates all personal abilities that are aimed at immediate goal. The main objective of this study was to assess the behaviour of children with comorbidity of cerebral palsy and intellectual disability in the school environment. The research sample consisted from 31 students of both sexes (54.8% were male and 45.2% were female students), who in addition to cerebral palsy also had reduced intellectual functioning. The average age of examinees was from 9 to 14 years (M = 10.9, SD = 1.189). The survey was conducted in elementary school 'Miodrag Matic', and the Questionnaire for the evaluation of the student's behaviour was used for the purpose of data collection. The research results showed no statistically significant difference between male and female students when it comes to student behaviour in the school class and on vacation. When it comes to the domain of behaviour in relation to the authority, the resulting difference was in the variable 'praise' (p = 0.034). Knowing the individual characteristics of each child is of exceptional importance, as this makes it possible to improve the strategies for the solving of behavioural problems in children with comorbidity of cerebral palsy and intellectual disability.
AB  - Ponašanjem svaka osoba ostvaruje svoje prisustvo i kontakt sa drugima. Ono integriše sve sposobnosti osobe koje su usmerene ka neposrednom cilju. Osnovni cilj ovog istraživanja je bila procena ponašanja učenika sa komorbiditetom cerebralne paralize i intelektualne ometenosti u školskom okruženju. Uzorak istraživanja formiran je od 31 učenika oba pola (54,8% učenika muškog i 45,2% učenika ženskog pola), koji su pored cerebralne paralize imali i sniženo intelektualno funkcionisanje. Prosečan uzrast ispitanika je od 9 do 14 godina (AS = 10,9, SD = 1,189). Istraživanje je sprovedeno u osnovnoj školi 'Miodrag Matić', a za potrebe prikupljanja podataka korišćen je Upitnik za procenu ponašanja učenika. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da između ispitanika muškog i ženskog pola nema razlike koja je statistički značajna, kada je u pitanju ponašanje učenika na času i na odmoru. Kada je u pitanju domen ponašanje u odnosu na autoritet, dobijena je razlika na varijabli 'pohvale' (p = ,034). Poznavanje individualnih karakteristika svakog deteta je izuzetno važno, jer se na taj način mogu unaprediti strategije za rešavanje problema ponašanja dece sa komorbiditetom cerebralne paralize i intelektualne ometenosti.

abstract = "Each person actualizes his/her presence and contact with others through his/her behaviour. It integrates all personal abilities that are aimed at immediate goal. The main objective of this study was to assess the behaviour of children with comorbidity of cerebral palsy and intellectual disability in the school environment. The research sample consisted from 31 students of both sexes (54.8% were male and 45.2% were female students), who in addition to cerebral palsy also had reduced intellectual functioning. The average age of examinees was from 9 to 14 years (M = 10.9, SD = 1.189). The survey was conducted in elementary school 'Miodrag Matic', and the Questionnaire for the evaluation of the student's behaviour was used for the purpose of data collection. The research results showed no statistically significant difference between male and female students when it comes to student behaviour in the school class and on vacation. When it comes to the domain of behaviour in relation to the authority, the resulting difference was in the variable 'praise' (p = 0.034). Knowing the individual characteristics of each child is of exceptional importance, as this makes it possible to improve the strategies for the solving of behavioural problems in children with comorbidity of cerebral palsy and intellectual disability., Ponašanjem svaka osoba ostvaruje svoje prisustvo i kontakt sa drugima. Ono integriše sve sposobnosti osobe koje su usmerene ka neposrednom cilju. Osnovni cilj ovog istraživanja je bila procena ponašanja učenika sa komorbiditetom cerebralne paralize i intelektualne ometenosti u školskom okruženju. Uzorak istraživanja formiran je od 31 učenika oba pola (54,8% učenika muškog i 45,2% učenika ženskog pola), koji su pored cerebralne paralize imali i sniženo intelektualno funkcionisanje. Prosečan uzrast ispitanika je od 9 do 14 godina (AS = 10,9, SD = 1,189).
