AB  - Uspješna resocijalizacija maloljetnih prestupnika u vaspitno-popravnim
ustanovama postiže se primjenom institucionalnog prevaspitnog tretmana.
Svrha tretmana je upravo resocijalizacija, tj. osposobljavanje maloljetnika
da se nakon izdržane kazne i vaspitne mjere vrati u normalne društvene
tokove, prihvatajući i poštujući društvene i moralne norme ponašanja. Cilj
ovog rada jeste da ukažemo kako se kreira individualni program postupanja
za svakog maloljetnika i kako se sprovodi institucionalni prevaspitni tretman.
Prevaspitni tretman može biti sudski, institucionalni i postpenalni, ali
u ovom radu mi ćemo akcenat staviti na institucionalni prevaspitni tretman
koji je i ključni za uspješnu resocijalizaciju maloljetnih prestupnika.
AB  - Successful resocialization of juvenile delinquents in correctional facilities
is achieved through the application of institutional re-educational treatment.
The purpose of treatment is resocialization, ie. enabling the juvenile to return
to normal social flows after serving the sentence and educational measures,
accepting and respecting social and moral norms of behavior. The aim of this
paper is to indicate how an individual treatment program is created for each
juvenile and how institutional re-educational treatment is implemented. Reeducational
treatment can be judicial, institutional and post-penal, but in this
paper we will focus on institutional re-educational treatment, which is also
crucial for the successful re-socialization of juvenile offenders.

AB  - Ozbiljniji poremecaji u socijalnom ponašanju adolescenata vezani su za maloljetnicko prestupništvo. Maloljetnicko prestupništvo ne odnosi se samo na vršenje krivicnih djela, nego obuhvata i ponašanja maloljetnih lica koja odredena sociokulturna sredina smatra negativnim. Upravo iz tog razloga i cilj ovog rada jeste da ukaže koliko je maloljetnicko prestupništvo povezano sa poremecajima u socijalnom ponašanju, te kako i kroz koje kriminogene razvojne faze prolazi adolescent, maloljetni prestupnik. U radu smo ukazali na krimonogeno ponašanje kod mladih koje pocinje sa kriminogenom in&ci- ranošcu, a završava se sa maloljetnickom delinkvencijom. Zato je neophod- no dati podjednaku važnost ovim pojmovima i fazama, kako bi i prevencija pocela u njihovoj najranijoj fazi, tj. sa pojavom kriminogene in&ciranosti kod djece i mladih.
AB  - More serious disorders in the social behavior of adolescents are related to juvenile delinquency. Juvenile delinquency does not only refer to the commission  of  criminal  o,enses,  but  also  includes  the  behavior  of  juveniles that a certain socio-cultural environment considers negative. Precisely for this reason, the aim of this paper is to indicate how much juvenile delinquency is associated with social behavior disorders, and how and through which criminogenic developmental stages the adolescent, juvenile delinquent goes. In this paper, we have pointed out criminogenic behavior in young people that begins with criminogenic infection and ends with juvenile delinquency.
-erefore,  it  is  necessary  to  give  equal  importance  to  these  concepts  and phases, so that prevention begins in their earliest phase, ie. with the occurrence of criminogenic infection in children and adolescents.

Uticaj strukture porodice na odnos maloljetnih prestupnika prema školi

AB  - Uvod: Ovo empirijsko istraživanje je inspirisano dilemom koliko struktura po- rodice maloljetnih prestupnika utiče na njihovo školsko postignuće i vladanje u školi, tj. da li učenici, maloljetni prestupnici, koji potiču iz nepotpunih poro- dica imaju slabije školsko postignuće od svojih vršnjaka koji potiču iz potpunih porodica.
Cilj: Cilj istraživanja jeste da se utvrdi koliko struktura porodice maloljetnih prestupnika utiče na njihov odnos prema školi.
Metod: U okviru ovog istraživanja koristili smo metodu teorijske analize, kom- parativnu metodu i servej metodu. Populaciju istraživanja činila su maloljetna lica koja su se u toku 2021. godine nalazila na izvršenju zavodske mjere upući- vanja u vaspitno popravni dom koja se sprovodi u Vaspitno popravnom domu Banja Luka, odnosno lica koja su upućena od strane Centra za socijalni rad Banja Luka u Dnevni centar za maloljetnike.
Rezultati: Polazeći od školskog uspjeha maloljetnih prestupnika u našem istra- živanju utvrdili smo da maloljetni prestupnici imaju bolji školski uspjeh ako do- laze iz potpunih porodica, za razliku od djece koja dolaze iz nepotpunih poro- dica. Slična situacija je i sa vladanjem gdje maloljetni prestupnici imaju nešto bolje vladanje u školi ako dolaze iz potpunih porodica, za razliku od djece koja dolaze iz nepotpunih porodica.
Zaključak: Podaci koje smo analizirali i predstavili u našem istraživanju uka- zuju da struktura porodice ima važnu ulogu u socijalizaciji djece, ali i u ispo- ljavanju njihovog devijantnog ponašanja, ako je funkcionalnost iste narušena ona će se kod djece često reflektovati i na njihov odnos prema školi i školskim obavezama. Ipak, prilikom traženja uzroka pojave maloljetničkog prestupniš- tva, ali i objašnjenja njihovog odnosa prema školi i školskim obavezama, uvek treba nastojati da se razumiju specifične karakteristike i mogući sredinski uslo- vi koji su rezultirali takvim ishodom.
AB  - Introduction: This empirical research is inspired by the dilemma of how much the family structure of juvenile delinquents affects their school achievement and behavior in school, i.e. whether students, juvenile delinquents, who come from incomplete families have poorer school achievement than their peers who come from complete families.
Aim: The aim of the research was to determine how much the family structure of juvenile offenders influenced their attitude towards school.
Method: In this research, we used the method of theoretical analysis, comparative method and survey method. The research included minors who were referred to the correctional facility Banja Luka, or persons who were sent by the Center for Social Work Banja Luka to the Day Care Center for minors in 2021.
Results: With regard to the school success of juvenile delinquents in our study, we found that juvenile delinquents had better school success if they came from complete families, in contrast to children who came from incomplete families. The situation was similar with regard to behavior, where juvenile delinquents had slightly better behavior at school if they came from complete families, unlike children who came from incomplete families.
Conclusion: The data we analyzed and presented in our research indicate that the family structure plays an important role in the socialization of children, but also in the manifestation of their deviant behavior. If its functionality is impaired, that will often be reflected in children’s attitudes towards school and school obligations. However, when looking for the causes of juvenile delinquency, but also explaining their attitude towards school and school obligations, one should always try to understand the specific characteristics and possible environmental conditions that resulted in such an outcome.

Freedom deprivation in prisons of Serbia

AB  - The subject of this research is the deprivation of freedom at two time points. A total of 490 convicts from open, semi-open, and closed prisons participated in the research. Freedom deprivation intensity was determined by using the freedom deprivation scale (alpha = .93). The results of the research indicate that almost all the participants reported freedom deprivation. The prison type had an impact on freedom deprivation intensity, whereas an influence of the ward type on deprivation was not demonstrated. Freedom deprivation intensity was consistent from the turn of the century to the present day.

Odnos djece i roditelja koji se nalaze na izdržavanju kazne zatvora

AB  - Brojni faktori onemogućavaju i remete normalnu socijalizaciju djece, a jedan
od njih je odlazak roditelja na izdržavanje kazne zatvora zbog počinjenog
krivičnog djela. U takvim okolnostima dolazi do brojnih poteškoća
ne samo u funkcionisanju porodice nego i u odrastanju i vaspitanju djece.
Upravo iz tog razloga opredjelili smo se da se bavimo istraživanjem kako i
na koji način osuđena lica održavaju kontakt i odnose sa djecom dok se nalaze
na izdržavanju zatvorske kazne. Resocijalizacija ne znači samo povratak
i ponovnu integraciju u društvenu sredinu, nego i u porodicu, a to zahtjeva
psihološku, pedagošku, socijalnu pripremu osuđenog lica, zbog čega služba
za tretman mora da mnogo više pažnje posveti odnosu osuđenih lica i njihove
porodice, prije svega djece dok se osuđena lica nalaze na izdržavanju kazne.
Upravo iz tog razloga u radu ćemo prikazati istraživanje koje je sprovedeno
u Kazneno-popravnom zavodu Banja Luka, a koje ukazuje na odnos djece i
njihovih očeva za vrijeme izdržavanja zatvorske kazne. Činjenica da je ovo
prvo istraživanje u Bosni i Hercegovini koje se bavi ovom problematikom
govori o društvenom i naučnom značaju ovog rada, ali i potrebi da se zaštite
prava djece i ovom problemu posveti znatno više pažnje.
AB  - Numerous factors prevent the normal socialization of children, and one of
them is the departure of a parent to serve prison sentence for the perpetrated
criminal offense. In such circumstances there are many difficulties not only
in the functioning of the family but also in the upbringing of children. For
this very reason, we have decided to research how convicted persons maintain
contact and relationships with the children while they are serving a prison
sentence. Resocalization does not only mean returning and reintegrating into
the social environment but also in the family, which requires the psychological,
pedagogical and social preparation of the convicted person, which is why the
treatment service has to pay much more attention to the relationship of the
convicted persons and their families, especially children of the convicted
persons. For this reason, we will present in the paper the research conducted
in prison Banja Luka, which points to the relationship between children and
their fathers during the serving of the prison sentence. The fact that this is is the
first research in Bosnia and Herzegovina dealing with this issue, speaks of the
social and scientific importance of this work, as well as the need to devote more
attention to the protection of children’s rights and to this issue.

za tretman mora da mnogo više pažnje posveti odnosu osuđenih lica i njihove
porodice, prije svega djece dok se osuđena lica nalaze na izdržavanju kazne.
Upravo iz tog razloga u radu ćemo prikazati istraživanje koje je sprovedeno
u Kazneno-popravnom zavodu Banja Luka, a koje ukazuje na odnos djece i
njihovih očeva za vrijeme izdržavanja zatvorske kazne. Činjenica da je ovo
prvo istraživanje u Bosni i Hercegovini koje se bavi ovom problematikom
govori o društvenom i naučnom značaju ovog rada, ali i potrebi da se zaštite

AB  - A man organizes his behavior in the social field largely by motor actions. Motor skills underlie motor behavior, whereby the process of acquiring motor skills is directly determined by motor learning. This paper presents a theoretical elaboration of the concept of motor learning, with special emphasis on the importance of sensory information for the motor learning and the applicability of this concept in working with people with disabilities. Literature data suggest that the concept of motor learning is extremely important for the rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, given the fact that there is an increasing number of studies whose results confirm the positive effects of implementation of motor learning in the rehabilitation of adults with disabilities, as well as children with disabilities.
AB  - Čovek organizuje svoje ponašanje u socijalnom polju u velikoj meri putem motoričkih akcija. U osnovi motoričkog ponašanja nalaze se motoričke veštine, pri čemu je proces sticanja motoričkih veština direktno determinisan motoričkim učenjem. U ovom radu je data teorijska elaboracija koncepta motoričkog učenja, sa posebnim osvrtom na značaj senzorne informacije za motoričko učenje i primenjivost ovog koncepta u radu sa osobama sa invaliditetom. Literaturni podaci ukazuju na to da je koncept motoričkog učenja od izuzetog značaja za rehabilitaciju osoba sa invaliditetom, s obzirom da je sve više studija čiji rezultati govore o pozitivnim efektima primene motoričkog učenja u rehabilitaciji odraslih osoba sa invaliditetom, ali i dece sa smetnjama u razvoju.

AB  - The aim of this study is to determine the structure of the motor behavior and structure of motor programs of blind persons, based on the analysis of performing complex motor activities. The sample of the study consisted of 18 blind respondents, both sexes (Nm=9 (50%); Nw=9 (50%)), aged 15 to 19 years (AM=17.1; SD=1.63). The instrument used in the study is Naturalistic Action Test (Schwartz et al., 2002). The research results indicate significant presence of difficulties in motor functioning of blind people while executing complex, multi-sequential motor tasks within the activities of daily life, both at the test, and performing individual tasks. The high frequency of errors while performing complex motor actions, whereby the dominant error occurred in gestures, omissions, preservations and substitution. Also, it was shown that the achievements of respondents were to a certain extent variable depending on the type of the motor task, but that basicallya difficulty in motor functioning was primarily in cognitive organization of motor actions, as well as the lack of social experience of blind respondents.
AB  - Cilj ovog istraživanja je utvrđivanje strukture motoričkog ponašanja i strukture motoričkih programa slepih osoba, na osnovu analize izvođenja složenih motoričkih aktivnosti. Uzorak istraživanja činilo je 18 slepih ispitanika, oba pola (Nm=9 (50%); Nž=9 (50%)), uzrasta od 15 do 19 godina (AS=17,1; SD=1,63). Instrument korišćen u istraživanju je Test naturalističke akcije (Naturalistic Action Test; Schwartz et al., 2002). Rezultati istraživanja ukazuju na značajno prisusutvo teškoća u motoričkom funkcionisanju slepih osoba pri izvođenju složenih, višesekventnih motoričkih zadataka u okviru aktivnosti svakodnevnog života, kako na testu u celini, tako i na pojedinačnim zadacima. Zabeležena je visoka frekventnost grešaka pri izvođenju složenih motoričkih akcija, pri čemu su se dominantno javljale greške gestikuliranja, omisije, perseveracije i supstitucije. Takođe, pokazalo se da su postignuća ispitanika u određenoj meri varijabilna u odnosu na tip motoričkog zadatka, ali i da se u osnovi teškoća u motoričkom funkcionisanju prvenstveno nalaze teškoće u kognitivnoj organizaciji motoričkih akcija, kao i manjak socijalnih iskustava slepih ispitanika.
